Any and all effort now should be focused on getting Miranda in DLC.

Definitely.

Preferably focusing on Cerberus. Hell, the Omega DLC could implement Miranda very well, imo, without too much external effort.

I'll be honest. I've been pulling a few strings to find out what people have been up to...

Am I a bad person?

(Not Miranda-related) Also, just because I'm curious (and bored), I created a thread.

Might need a few more details than that to come to a definitive decision on such a question....

Miranda would definitely pick Destroy.

As mentioned above, she wouldn't inflict genetic tailoring on anyone else against their will for obvious reasons.
And Control, she simply wouldn't trust the Reapers.
She'd put an end to the threat for good with Destroy. It fits her personality.

Dexter is premiering in September. An episode takes a few days to film.

A season for Showtime is ten episodes.

Barring catastrophe she'll have the next few months before she starts working with...Seth Rogen.

I don't know how Bioware records dialogue though.

I would assume they would use the most convenient studio.

But that would also mean effort on their part.

Actually, a studio isn't necessary for Bioware voice acting.

there's an episode of Pulse that goes into more depth with it.

I don't even know how they encode sound files. Or video files for that matter.

I would assume they use compressed sound files, which is terrible.

Recording equipment is simply better for films.

I had no idea gaming was different.

Which ending would Miranda pick?

I personally think Destroy.

However, they need a choice where you tell the reapers to go to hell, and expedite their trip there.

I have united the ENTIRE ****ing galaxy. WE are ALL here at this moment, united in spite of our differences to fight for the common goal of the hope for our future and the choice to live for that hope. Everyone, from Turian to Krogan, Volus to Batarian, Geth, Elcor, Hanar, Everyone! From Soldiers, to Cops, to Mercenaries, and even Criminals we will fight against annihilation! And we WILL succeed.

That should have been the message of Mass Effect.

I agree! That is what I thought the message was all about!

That's exactly what my Shepard did in my playthrough he got every race to cooperate!  Shepard proved Geth and Quarians can be at peace. (hopefully the races learned something!) I'm sorry the Geth/EDI had to pay the price but that's what my Shepard had to do... that's what his mission was from day1...! He also has to keep his promise to Miranda!

After all the **** they put Shepard through he deserves to be a bit selfish and live his life with Miranda. That's my head cannon.  He lives and does just that. ;)

I never excuse my choice for Destroy as my goal from day 1 or my promise to the LI of choice. I say that there are far too many uncertainties and black boxes and questions around all the other options that Destory was the most stable choice there.

I don't even know if my Shepard wants to talk to the Normandy Crew once they get back to Earth.

He just needs to go away...

Anyone else feel the same way?

Yes, I think my Shepard would feel like that.  He'd probably suffer from some sort of PTSD but he'd work through it... I can also see Shepard just wanting it to all go away and leave him the **** alone. :)  He did his job... He needs a nice refreshing vacation with Miranda.. :D

I feel like they won't be a crew any more but they'll still remain friends. Garrus will be building a house for Tali on Rannoch. Jack will be training her crazy Biotic Family. James and Kasumi will be dating (I SHIP IT!). Their lives won't be so dependent on eachother anymore.

I've sort of been recently thinking about my outline for Aftermath. I think I want to end it with a wedding. At the moment, I'm sort of thinking that the Council would offer to host the "Wedding of the Century" in the Council Chambers (with them preciding over the union) as like a "gift" *coughpoliticscough* for Shepard. Shepard would be groaning that he wants something quiet in his life for once and that the Council has done ****e for him before now with Miranda being sensible and forcing him to accept as it is the Council whos offering.

I don't know. I played through Mass Effect 1 again and the Council Chambers look like a goddamn chuch to me.

Makes me wonder who the hell would be the Bridal Party though. Maybe Tali would be the bride's maid? (Because then Garrus and Tali can walk together. Yay!)

I'm just rambling and fangirling now aren't I?

They both need it. At least I feel that way.

But not a vacation.

A good relationship counter acts faults and brings out the best in the other person. Which is why she benefits so much from being with Shepard.

I'd imagine both would get much better if they spent six months or so alone together.

Which is what I feel they really need.

I think there are good reasons why Miranda might pick Control. I am not prepared to say she would for certain but I do deny she'd rule it out.

Well, that is just me... It was my Shepard's goal to stop the reapers and well, I already knew I was picking the destroy option... I wanted Shepard to live. :P  Miranda's find me line pulled my Shepard to finish it and find her.

Maybe I shouldn't have said day 1 but that's what was always re-enforced throughout the series... Stop the Reapers.  Anderson wanted to destroy the Reapers.  Hackett wanted to destroy the Reapers.  I personally wanted to stop the Reapers.  Destroy was the only option I accepted.  I just can't see myself picking the other two.  I've watched them play out.  They are too extreme and remind me *too much* of what TIM wanted and Saren.  I doubt my Shepard being strong enough to control the reapers and lose himself with *being* one of them.  And EDI's narration rubs me the wrong way.  It's not all sun shine and bunnies!  That's what she acts like.  Happy as a kit.   It too  for me.  I'm sorry.  I can't force everyone to be the same.  No...  It always felt like it's what the reapers wanted all along and they couldn't get it to work.  Who's to say the Reapers don't control Shepard in control.  His dialogue really made me worry for him and wasn't the same Shepard I roleplayed him to be.

Interesting note... My Shepard was paragon in ME1, Renagade in ME2 and Paragade in ME3.  <_<

Interestingly enough what frustrates me more is that Shepard appears to be capable of violent mood shifts in ME3.

It's either REALLY positive or REALLY negative.

No neutral options.

Yeah. ME1 was great with this. Shepard never spoke without your concent.

ME2, he talks a bit without your consideration but it never became painfully obvious like in ME3. : /

Well I suppose I can't stop you... but I do suddenly have an urge to have Commander introduce ol' Jim to some dragon teeth...

Or I hear the fallout on Vrmire's particularly nice this time of year:devil:
