^ Ah. There she is.

AAAND There's Yvonne posing as Katy Perry in that funny Music Video she took part of.

I was born in Brooklyn. When I was 4 I moved to Virgina for 10 long years, then moved back to NY for like a year and a half. I then moved to Pennsylvania for 4 years, then I moved across the Delaware river to NJ for almost a year. Now I'm back in Virginia.

My point is that there are NO celebrities who I want to meet here in Portsmouth, Virginia. Nothing special like Comic-Con, and Filming happens here. <_<

Yvonne is more popular then Hollywood is led to believe.

She's a starlet. She has a cult following yeah, but she's no where near big yet. Besides a barely watched action-spy show and video game that is meant for more hardcore fans instead of casual players who don't give a damn about a VA and a Jason Statham action film, what has she done here in the U.S? I agree, I want her to be more popular and loved, but she is by no means famous. Her star is rising, but she's more like Tricia Helfer right now.

I wished I lived in PA/NJ again. I was only 1hr 1/2 away from New York City. The North looked BEAUTIFUL at Christmas. The Streets were Decorated in PA and NJ. And if we were lucky, it would snow, but we mostly got snow storms after Christmas. The first year that we lived in PA, we had a Whit Christmas. Down here in VA, It hardly snows and it gets warm. Mostly rain. Bloody South.:(

PS: I just had to edit my "Yvonne is more popular than  Hollywood is led to believe" Post, because it's supposed to be than, not then.

You might be surprised by what celebrities show up where. I had an attractive young TV star show up in my shop...and the TV show is filmed at the other end of the country.

Of course, I tried to act coy like I didn't recognise her until she said who she was... :?

There is New York Comic Con in October.  I think that is about as close as you can get based on your location.  However, I am not familiar enough with NYCC to know if there is any focus on TV & Movies as there is with Comics and Artists.

Going back to Miranda for a moment. Rememebr the discussion about Control we had a few pages ago? Well, working off of that I've sort of come up with a slightly more optimistic idea of what happens next.

She has 3 or 4 movies soon to be released (one of them is already in PP, I think), and her bit on Dexter (Which is much more "popular" than Chuck).

Interestingly enough what frustrates me more is that Shepard appears to be capable of violent mood shifts in ME3.

It's either REALLY positive or REALLY negative.

No neutral options.

Yeah. ME1 was great with this. Shepard never spoke without your concent.

ME2, he talks a bit without your consideration but it never became painfully obvious like in ME3. : /

The least they could have done was make it more similar to the malleable auto dialogue in DA2, where if yo consistently pick morally similar dialogues, the autodialogue would tailor to your alignment.

At least then my Paragon Shepard wouldn't look so bipolar when he goes "THIS ISN'T TIME FOR JOKES...

... But I could never leave the Alliance's best pilot behind."

Peter Fonda lives in Montana and Jeff Bridges owns a cabin here.

Both are incredibly easy to talk to.

Jeff Bridges would sit down and drink a beer with you if you asked. So would Peter Fonda, but I don't think he's done that since he got off of drugs and alcohol.

...

The only celebrity that lives anywhere enar me is John Travolta. Man, everyone else has the cool celebrities.

DA2 wasn't perfect, but I thought their version of the dialogue wheel was much better than what we got in ME. Hawke is a much better voiced PC than Shepard.

The only "celebrity" that I know of that lives near me is Gary Burghoff (Radar on M.A.S.H.). However, my sister knows a ton of musicians, so that makes up for it a bit.

Uh...no. Miss Strahovski will probably never be an A list star. Ever.

She isn't very marketable, which is why you don't hear about her outside of her fanbase.

But that's more than enough for someone today.

I have a question.
In Mass Effect 2, what does the conversation between Miranda and Shepard go like if you don't do the Cerberus assignments in Mass Effect 1.
Because if you don't do it, Shepard wouldn't know much about Cerberus' evil past.
He never would have seen Cerberus' rachni, thorian creepers, and husks.

It plays out 100% the same, he just never mentions the rachni, thorian creepers, or husks. Just Jack and Teltin.

Dexter, The Guilt Trip, and I Frankenstein. the 2 movies aren't getting a lot of press atm, and Dexter has lost a lot of its steam in recent years. Yvonne isn't some big name to spruce up the show, she's still much of a Hollywood outsider. And both films I can tell you will bomb commercially and critically. Don't get me wrong I'm still going to go see both for Yvonne (and Aaron Eckhart for Frankenstein).

Actually, When Tara Strong was here, Troy Baker was with her. He was hilarious. I think he did Ed in FMA and Two-Face in Arkham City. I really made her day because I asked her to sign a poster I had to hand make for a show of hers (Si-Fi Animated Show actually) and she was so happy there was a fan and all. :D Made my month.

Anyways, back to your regularly signed Miranda.

I live within 5 miles of Oprah, Jerry Springer, and Bill Murray (during baseball season). I live within 10 miles of Michael Jordan, Ken Griffey Jr, and Vince Vaughn (who has a home up here and he's a diehard Blackhawks fan).
Plus there are literally 1000's of famous musicians and athletes that live in the greater Chicagoland area around Rockford, Joliet, Highland Park, Naperville, and Wicker Park. I'm lucky.

It takes a long time to gain recognition in Hollywood.

She'll be too old by the time she's well known. If that ever happens.

Once she hits forty opportunities disappear. That happens even with Oscar Winners.

People want quick bucks, not talent.

What would she have to do to be bankable or be able to last?

Btw, I take it you are a big Roger Waters fan? Shine On You Crazy Diamond lyrics as your signature, the EC thread where you use a line from Radio K.A.O.S, and iirc a line about Amused to Death.
