I see her taking the mantle on the post-Destroy rebuilding, as well as forming a new Cerberus, albeit in a better image.

She'll need some help...

Someone by her side...

*COUGH*

Yep.

Jacob. The two of them never did mention each other in ME3 anyway.

He'll be too busy throwing up a barrier trying to rescue Dr. Cole from both Ronald and Donald Taylor.

Damn, you're right.
I guess Mac Walters really wanted to dismantle Miranda, Jacob, AND Cerberus all in one game. He succeeded.

Anyway that authors vision for Miranda I found it interesting, what do you guys/gals see Miranda doing after the war, do you envision more in her future or do you think she'll just drop off the radar completely with Shep and her lil sis?

*Snip*

Well, I think the epilogue slides from the EC do a nice job of hinting at some interesting things.

Helping rebuild (in destroy and synthesis):

Studying the Reapers (with Orianna) in destroy:

My personal favorite idea is Miranda founding or helping to found Humanity's STG (which these epilogue slides could really be a part of, theoretically).

She can do whatever you want her to in Destroy, as all she's doing is looking towards the skyline, waiting for Shepard.

He's kind of dead in the other two.

Well, there are two slides in destroy, one if romanced (the one you are referring to), one if not (the one I posted above).

But, obviously, those images don't really limit the possibilities much.

If romanced she'd keep Shepard close, along with her sister.

But past that, she can do whatever you want her too.

I'd imagine she'd help with the rebuilding though.

But what about this...

Taking over her father's assests?

Yes? No? Maybe?

It's an idea that's been tossed around quite a bit from time to time. Some fans call it "The Foundation" scenario, wherein basically Miranda takes over her fathers assets and uses them in some positive way. Such as the science from the Lazarus project being used for advanced medical treatments.

Something like that.

A new reformed Cerberus hmmm I don't know that taint is pretty strong, many would find it hard to forgive their track record. That mud is really on there and for good reason, if she was offered a well respected role in the Alliance with Shep's approval would she take it? Considering all she has done to help Shep against Cerberus I would like to think they would accept her into the Alliance if she was interested. Some would like to see her as a Spectre candidate perhaps?

As for Jacob that guy never makes it out of the collector base in my runs, don't volunteer buddy:lol:

"Reformed Cerberus" is a poor choice of words.

But a human clandestine organization that provides the benefits of Cerberus with none of the atrocities and offsets other species' equivalents like the STG?

Yes, please.

Miranda isn't too big on the Alliance...

Neither am I but it's what I have to work with in ME3.

I can actually see her using her fathers assets to build an independent organization sans the military bull****.

She could do a lot of good that way. But she could also keep Shepard and Oriana close WHILE retaining her professionalism.

Maybe I'll use that.

Dibs.

I've never been bothered by the idea of Miranda working with the Alliance. For one thing, she has always had contacts there. She has worked with them (though, I guess, unofficially).

For another, I just see her as being more focused on the task. If it was needed, or made sense practically at the time, for rebuilding or recovery after the war, I think she would do it.

Having said that, Miranda leading or helping to found her own independant organisation does tend to be my favorite type of idea.

You're lucky that the only thing worse than my drawing is my writing, which is horrendous.

But maybe I'll do an overarching scenario and make you read it.

Miranda would work WITH the Alliance but never conform to their rules and be apart of them.

Still, Australia is romantic and I love it....I am a man and I am not afraid to admit this! Posted Image

Well I've seen my fair share of movies with love but nothing matched this one from Japan...

It probably has the most memorable ending of all time. OF ALL TIME.

Setting up a human version like the Salarians STG, that's a pretty cool idea, the asari have their commandos, humanity would benefit from having a similar organisation in their arsenal, the human Spectres are there but they would be too high profile, also the N7 programme is there but a concentrated group specialising in espionage, sabotage, assassination, infiltration and such Miranda would excell at the helm of such an organisation.^_^
