I made some drunk posts in this thread once, before the EC was released.

I thought o Ventus wanted to name stairs after Miranda.

I was too drunk to see that he typed "stars".

I remember that.
Wasn't that also the night we were talking about Miranda getting drunk or something?

It might have been.

The horny confessional drunk.

She'll tell you why she wants to sleep with you.

She's the drunk that's extremely drunk but utterly denies and gets emotional when pressed and very horny.

Denies she's drunk and all she cares about is sleeping with the bloody perfect Shepard.

Guys, seriously, give it a rest. Please.
I understand we have exhausted topics long ago and ME3 really didn't add anything worthy of discussion but, in such a case, it is better to lower the activity on the thread for awhile.
I think I speak for a lot of former regulars when I say that this isn't the place to exchange stories of the time we spent in catholic school and page after page of nothing but extremely small posts discussing how Miranda might act when she is drunk really isn't the image we would like to cultivate in the forums.

So, please, if there is nothing much to discuss, don't just post for the sake of posting.

Pansexuality recognises all genders, unlike bisexuality, which covers only two. Basically, I care more about the person I'm having a relationship with rather than their gender. I may yet to have had a girlfirend or boyfriend (asexuality, all dudes school, not many females) but I believe that, when it came down to it, I wouldn't particuarly care about their gender.

Anyways, we're getting extremely off topic.

I'd really like someplace to blow off steam when I'm not working.

I'd rather be in here doing that than debating Synthesis all the time. Or have you forgotten that?

So, Replaying ME1 (and trying to recreate my Shepard a million times to fix some issues such as brow depth and gaunt and ete.) Every time I think I have it perfect, I play through the opening cutscene and find something that really bugs me that I missed, like his cheeks being too caved in or I accidentally chose the wrong nose. GAH! I CAN RECITE THE PROLOGUE BY HEART!

Anyways, gah! The Writings, the Turian Emblems, The metals and gasses, Do these change anything later? I know the Matriarch one does in ME3 with Conrad but do the others? They're so long and there are so many Threasher Maws...

Quietly dumping Miranda via switching LIs has no ill effect, correct? It's not that I don't like her. Mostly I'm just bored and want to actually get a romance goodbye.

Agreed. I have purposely been avoiding these forums because of all of the off topic discusions about drunk Miranda and Catholic schools.

I have all three Mass Effect games on the 360. I have two and three on the PS3.

That being said I don't have the first game on the PS3 for obvious reasons.

But I use the PS3 more because it has the Blu-Ray player.

Yeah, the apartment scene is different and treats the relationship like friends.

i m r disappoint though.

Keep pressing for romance dlc. I know you're all for character development over romance, but honestly, do you think bioware is really reading a lot into that?

LotSB was a bone for all of the Liaramncers. In fact it was practically tailored to people who would romance Miranda.

I haven't used my 360 in over a year. In fact I don't even have it at my house right now.

I should just buy a new one.

I'll let you know if I do.

It's a cheap way to do it but it's a quality player and can play games.

Although I can attest to the quality of the audio being worse for ME2 on the PS3 than on the 360.

Unless I'm not remembering dialouge skipping on the 360.

But the PC is always the best version.

A pity I know Jack **** about computers.

I got a blu-ray player back in 2006 (won it in a contest on the back of a cereal box). That and I was more into Halo at that time so I wanted a 360.

I'm an Xbox loyalist, but man 360's are garbage. I'm on my 3rd one now (luckily it's the newer model one.)

PS3's are dropping in price a lot, but I'm holding off due to the approach of the next generation of consoles.

I'd be a PC gamer, but I don't think I could keep up with all the technology, and I still want to play Halo.

Also, I bought a PSP and a copy of the 3rd Birthday just for more Yvonne. It was pretty disappointing.

Bluray is just a bonus, I got the PS3 for the graphics and games like Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIII-2. I also got it because I want to get Final Fantasy Versus XIII when it comes out, also the PS3 doesn't overheat like the Xbox 360 does. There are a bunch of other reasons why I got it too, but I don't really want to get into it right now.

Yeah the PS3 version of ME2 does skip the dialogue at the end of some sentences in the game, it is really annoying.Posted Image

The PS3 has the DLC that was only available for a limited time only on the 360 though.

A Heavy weapon and some visors.

Yeah it doesn't make any sense, Miranda and Shepard are dating in ME2 and ME3. They should act more like lovers than friends in the apartment scene, it needs to be redone.

^ I think what he meant was that if she wasn't romanced the scene played out like friends.

It's more of a long distance relationship in ME3.

Of course it ends if you die.
