how do we know miranda's gettign a statue? i can find no mention @ the link or pic.... 

You know what's funny? I found your blog while seaching for info on a Miranda Bishoujo statue.

I was like "Jebel Kro... wait, isn't that...?" lol

Shunya Yama****a's designs are beautiful (if you like bishoujo). I own an Ayanami Rei (EVA) and a Rogue (X-men) both by him. Extremely cute.

Let's hope he gives it his best when designing Bishoujo Miri.

haha i do get around... especially on google sites, any jebel is probably me i only put that post on there are few days ago though!

i do like statues but have found to my cost that they tend to get damaged even if displayed on high shelves having a bisterous young son running around (my extremely limited kabuki is now missing 2 arms). shunya's are all beautifully designed, so i expect high things from a mass effect series, as long as they don't get too 'japanese' with them, if you know what i mean...

But I do love how my two favorite squadmates are standing side by side. During my first playthrough, I always brought Miranda and Tali.

Here is an interesting question: Who would Miranda better connect with, a Paragon or Renegade Shepard? I know that isn't relevant for ingame but her character makes me think she would like a Renegade Shepard as oppossed to Tali or Jack who seem to like a Good guy more.

I doubt that. I Believe she like the Shep who make the right. But also does thing that may be necessary.

EX: A few Renegade Interrupts:

1: Breaking the guys neck in Miri's LM (Which I love) in order to lower the amount of mercs (and because if love doing it).

2: Taking out Cathka, in order to weaken the the Gun Ship in Garrus' recruitment mission.

3: Taking out the Asari instead of letting her go (forgot her name) in Samara's recruitment mission.

4: Blowing up the Tank and Take out the Clan Weyrloc Clan speaker in Mordin's LM.

5: Killing the Volus' Bodyguards in the Shipping Warhouse in Garrus' LM.


On the other hand....I don't believe that it truly matters. You play the game your way. And you decide how you  want Miri to ackowledge yourself.

With me, I'd say that Paragade Shepard is a good fit for Miranda. Miranda is pragmatic, she can be kind but she also has a colder, more calculating side to her I get the feeling that a Paragon Shepard who does the right thing just because it's the right thing would be grating.

Meanwhile, a Renegade Shepard who is willing to take the most direct route to success without regard for the consequences of his actions would also not suit Miranda's personality. Paragade Shepard represents a character who knows when to apply force, and when to apply diplomacy.

You are who you are. It's you who are the one to imagine how Miri see's you as a you are. Say if you are a Renegade, a pure Renegade, bad-ass douche bag to the bone. Some who are that way see Miri agreeing with them and their actions.

The same goes for those who are Paragons, Paragade (I believe I'm either Paragon or Paragade), or Renegon.

In other words, it's based on opinion/preference.

I think she would like more a Paragade/Renagon Shepard than a Renegade (and probably not a Paragon). She doesn't like extremes, from both the point of view. But there isn't a certain way to know it, since there isn't an approval system in ME-ME2. Every squadmate in the ME serie is like that, there is room for interpretation.
