The "old" old script. It was vastly different than the current script. There were some good aspects to it (Kai Leng's lethality being one of them) but it was mostly detestable.

really, that would have been somthing to see. with they way the implemented leng in the game already though I'm glad the didn't go that rout.

What really pisses me off is that he can kill two characters infinitely better written than anything he's ever done.

Could I have picked both to die? I mean I'd save Kaidan, because the only reason I keep Ashley alive in my second playthrough is to kill her in ME3. I'm dead serious.

I'm even thinking of doing a low EMS run just to watch Liara and Ashley get vaporized by Harbinger.

So I'm doing a proper Mirimance playthrough (Me2-3), and my import character romanced Liara (Since Miri dies if you breakup with her, I just decided all playthroughs would be Ashley or Miranda, but never both). How far do I have to go to make sure my Shep doesn't kiss Liara when they meet up? Do I just have to do the renegade kiss steal (which should never be renegade IMO), or do I need to wait till after the collector base (since that's when you get the engine room scene)? Plus, I really want to get the post mission line from Liara about how Miranda is changed for the better while being with Shep (to be fair, I'm playing as a renegade who will slowly change for the better as well, as they both have a good influence on each other).

So yeah, should I just do LOTSB after the collector mission to get the best results?

I think you're okay once you...commit. Do LotSB after the Collector Mission. That's what you're supposed to do.

Although I would imagine this would add fuel to the "Stalker scenario".

I that stayed in the Script, BioWare would have possibly created a Scenario that cannot vary, making us have no choice but to save Liara depending on the situation<_<, unlike Virmire when you had a chance to pick either one to go with Kirrahe and his team, or to take care of the bomb.

You don't play ME1.  You have to romance one of them (even if you don't sleep with them, it considers one or the other romanced).  And I'm never breaking up with Ashley, soooooo...

So Liara has to be my placeholder. 

It's kinda fun to break up with her in ME3 though.

Liara: I assume your thing with Mrs. Lawson is over?
Shep: Nope, but hey, we had good times, right?  Like that time I faked my death to get away from you?

I altered Shep's line slightly.
