Here's a thought that's been bugging me lately. Do you think the Alliance will abandon Shepard again, for a second time?! Meaning not looking for him/his body/etc after the beam goes off in destroy or any ending for that matter. Would Hackett care if Shepard lives or dies? He does order the fleet to a some unknown rendezvous... Would Miranda just sit around waiting for Shepard to find her or would she be the one looking for Shepard... I know we all want Miranda to find him. :)

Would the Alliance?

Joker seemed very hesitant to leave.

I bet Hacket already has a heroic grave speech ready before they even return to Earth. I don't think he would specifically look for a surviving Shepard at all.

Miranda on the other hand... I can see her using every possible resources on it for quite a while.

Joker would probably keep his hands on updates, but won't actively get things moving.

Shepard can't just sit there though. He's got some serious injuries he needs looked at.

He can't wait two days for Miranda to get to him.

That makes me think: Shepard died on the Citadel, right at the point where the Crucible docked. I would think they would find him very fast: Dead or Alive.
In that situation Miranda would probably be the very first to arrive there.

Shepard is alive, the only thing you have to take into consideration is how fast he's getting out of there. It's up to you to decide how he does. Miranda can do it. The Alliance can do it.

That's what the intention behind this ending is. You can do whatever you want.

Although it comes across as a poor version of a Michael Haneke film.

That’s…implausible.

Shepard could be any things in a post destroy scenario, even a menace for some groups.

I think they'd send someone up there to look for life signs right away to be honest.

The High EMS Destroy ending is actually out of order by the way. Shepard's breath occurs before anything else.

Hmmm, another one of Cain69's wallpapers. Can't recall having seen this one before.

I think once Shep wakes up, he's not going to have any trouble getting Miranda in to see him.  I'm pretty sure he'll be able to do whatever he wants for the rest of his life, including hanging out with ex cerberus terrorists, especially since they helped in the war effort.

I've found the scenario where she manages to get to him before he wakes up to be more amusing.

As it brings her wanting to break him into see him when he was imprisoned come full circle. This time, she couldn't wait.

Oh I agree!  I like the idea of Miranda being the first person he sees when he eventually wakes up. :D  He can joke.  "Found you." hahaha. ^_^

Miranda after all knows every inch of him when she rebuilt him.  She would be the one to help him recover no doubt.

I found the information from Dr. Michels on Shepards implants pretty interesting in ME3.  hmm...

Why?

They haven't even searched the crashed SR1. They just wrote him off as KIA.

Sorry, I just don't have any trust in the competence of the Alliance. Cerberus supporter here.

@flemm

Thinking about it now that quote can apply to the both.

Nice find, especially that photo so well hidden in back.

When thinking about it I wanted to bring them in full circle twice in one go.

My Shepard would say:

"We've got to stop meeting like this."

Hence the first images he saw when he first woke up were of her.

And now he's doing it again.

They recued al the scape pods in orbit (saved most of the crew, joker, chakwas and the vs included). They just couldn't find Shepard's body or the Normandy remains.

However, th Alliance still is incompetent. liara with less resources got a lead about the location of Shepard's body on Omega.

Liara has more resources than any ME character has ever had: the writers obsession with making her important.

I liked it so much better when Miranda and Cerberus brought shepard back without her being shoehorned in.

"we have all the resources in the galaxy, found a derelict reaper, built a double sized Normandy, brought shepard back from the dead. Damned if we can recover his body without the help of a teenage asari though!"

Ahh, the smell of character hating in the evening. Good work.

I think that was always what happened (Liara handing the body over to Cerberus). It just happened in a tie-in comic.

Traynor gets more done than Liara does.

Miranda is far more compotent than Liara is and she'd make sure to find out where Shepard is.

I'd like to think that in my scenario that Miranda and Shepard are long gone by the time the Normandy Crew gets back.

Deal with it Liara.

Liara will find you.  She will rent the apartment next to wherever you go.  She will never move on.

Miranda would tell her off.

Besides, Liara can be with Javik.

Walters lost the ability to dictate what happens when they constructed the ending this way.

Nothing he can say or do can change what happens in my scenario.

It's the first time I really feel I have control over my Shepard in ME3.

Well, any future ME game will have Liara with Shep blue childs in it, it's bioware canon.

They've pretty much stated that that isn't going to happen. And it's been that way for more than a year.

They can't do it in manner that is plausible.

They can do things set before or during the Reaper conflict.
