I don't think he did that.

He states he doesn't understand Miranda.

One bad slip of the tounge about her infertility and he's going to have some very, very blue balls.

All we know is that it got bad REAL fast.

Actually, we don't know that.

All we know is that it didn't work out and that Miranda broke up with him. Also, the infertility has nothing to do with it, since that only came to light early during the events of ME2.

Yes Ieldra we do.

Once all the facts are in, you can make educated guesess. That's how character analysis works.

It's nice to see that someone noticed what a positive influence Shepard has been on her life.

It also pains me to see that Kasumi and Miranda were sidelined.

I'd take them over Vega and EDI any day.

Doesn't Liara notice too in LOTSB?  I'm pretty curious to see what she says since I romanced her first, blew her off for Miranda, and intend to keep it that way.

Also, w/o Vega, EA wouldn't get to do as much stunt casting!!

I'm sure Miranda let her know. Or someone on the crew did.

Liara wasn't on the ship for long and she already knew by the time she came to visit Shepard.

Vega's cool. I like EDI but she was just a lot better as a disembodied voice with the AT&T logo as an avatar.

It was added to give the game sex appeal. Ever realize how ME3 just has so much more added sex appeal? It was like Jersey Shore in space in some places.

And they sidelined Miranda why?  I mean, I'm on the record as liking Miranda for her character, but call a spade a spade.  Cyber cameltoe < Miranda

Seriously, the fact that someone actually rendered a cameltoe, on a cyrborg no less, irks me...

I know people who have worked on Jersey Shore.

Did you know they edit the scenes together to make them appear more intelligent AND stage scenes to make them look better? Reality TV my ass.

Miranda was sidelined for other characters, including Allers. I'm looking into it. I'll let you know if I find anything.

EDIT:

Jesus ****ing Christ I was right.

I can't believe this.

This is absolutely appalling.

The billing list to the game is absolutely ****ing absurd.

Also because society in general really does discourage strong, competent, intelligent women.

I remember when I didn't know any better, I always felt intimidated by Sarah Walker in Chuck.

Now it's a fact of life for me, and that much better. I have a really pretty young girl who works under me as a command staff bodyguard. She's twice the soldier of most of my platoon, and I'm really lucky and proud to have her on my team.

No, I'm dead serious. I'm looking at the billing list RIGHT NOW and Miss Strahovski is not even listed in the first billing.

Anthony Skordi, the man who will be voicing the Leviathan in the next DLC has been in PORN and he's billed before she is.

I must once again reiterate:

Why is Jessica Chobot famous? Because she licked a PSP? Come on.

Olivia Munn would have been a much better choice. At least she's funny.

Chobot is a fanboy fantasy girl because she's pretty and she 'likes' video games. Although in her defence, when the tv special on sci-fi "Mass Effect 2: Sci vs Fy" was shown, her interview was much more substantial than Yvonne's.

Yvonne though isn't the type of person who really gets into the science fiction realm too easily, nor is she into video games. I think it explains why, as much as I know otherwise, she comes off as an idiot in interviews over Mass Effect 2. In fact the only things she actually talks about is Miranda. She tried to talk about something else, and it was literally the first time I was glad the interview switched to someone else, because Yvonne talking about VG's and Sci-fy is just....unnatural.

edit* I still can't believe Chobot is actually more well known, in fact far more well known than Yvonne.

That's what Miranda has been reduced to.

She lesser than a man who's been in Porn.

I can't believe this.

She's on Dexter, which in the last few years is just porn with stabbing...

As you say though, Yvonne is not very big. Most people I know that have heard of her are either devoted fans of her or the other cast members on Chuck. And I only know like 10 other people that have even HEARD of Chuck.

Which is weird, because Chuck is the kind of show a lot of my friends would like if they knew how indie and hipster and cult it was.

I am not a hipster, but I hang out with them a lot. Like Dr. Jane Goodall with chimpanzees.

No dude, I mean actual ****ing porn.

Jessica Chobot has higher top billing than Miss Strahovski does.

Your "educated guesses" are flimsy speculations. And I'd like it you stopped acting as if you had some kind of secret knowledge about character analysis. We've been at it for two and a half years here.

No more than your speculations about Synthesis.

That's what an interpretation is Ieldra. You gather all the information available and see what fits best for you.

That's how it's done. You can't ignore certain things if you don't find them satisfactory.

But at the end of the day your guess is as good as mine.

I don't mean that he cheated on her or anything. Just that he left the Alliance because he was frustrated and seemed to always have one foot out the door in ME2. His loyalty is loyalty of convenience. If anyone is familiar with Sondheim, "Marry Me A Little" sums up Jacob's character pretty well. Only the attitude isn't confined to romance.

No, I didn't want to imply he cheated on Miranda, but you said he isn't really committed to anything. Given that he cheated in ME3, that attitude apparently also applies to romance.

I don't think it's fair to judge ME2 Jacob by ME3 Jacob's actions.  I'm not sure they're the same person...

As much as your speculations are on synthesis.

Fact: Taboo has a background in film study ans cinematogrophy and I would imagine philosophy and ethics. He wouldn't be where he's at if he wasn't good at making guesses and assertions about character.

They're a lot more accurate than, "Miranda's acting too human, she can't, she's supposed to be a terminator killbot!"

Practice what you preach buddy.
