That's some good material then, at least in size.

But what about content? You can have a lot of things going on but if it isn't interesting, I see no point in replaying it.

I hear that Weekes is involved, so I feel a LOT better about this.

Speaking of  the Citadel what happened to the Tupari Machine?  If there was something that needed to return it's that:

Tupari, the solution to the inevitable conflict between you and thirst!

Tupari! Now available in exciting red, green, and blue flavors!

You've refused to buy a refreshing Tupari Sports Drink from this machine? So be it! The advertising cycle continues!

It's nice to know that energy drinks haven't improved in the future.

I wanted to know what happened to Kargesh, the Krogan who wanted the fish.

The Citadel was more interesting in ME2, at least for the most part. More dynamic.

Disagree.  The conversation between the chick who was going to leave her soldier BF for the asari, only to learn the asari wasn't ready to be in a real relationship and live together was far more fascinating than any conversation on the original citadel.

note: side missions don't count, as I'll concede that ME2 sidemission were better than ME3 ones.

The conversations that were in ME3 on the Citadel were written by Patrick Weekes. That's why they're so emotional. Weekes is a far better writer than Walters.

The sky is blue.

...oh sorry, thought we were playing state the obvious :)

On topic miri question:
If they ever did our dream DLC (miri squadmate), where would you want her to join up?  I've heard after horizon, but I've also hear that she should have been on the ship the whole time.  Personally, I've love an early join up.  Plus, then you could have her be in Liara's cabin sometimes (like how characters leave their area) doing research.  I'm ignoring that that used to be her cabin for simplicity sake.  Plus, her and shep christened the engineering room, not that cabin :)

Sorry, gotta chime in here on the Jedore talk. I always enjoy taking Zaeed for that mission for one single purpose:

"Someone shut that **** up."

Just. So. Perfect.

She could take whatever room she wanted.

She could take Liara's room. Liara can have Thane's room.

But if she's romanced she can stay in the cabin.

Too much programming rewrite required.  Put her in a different room and give her more dialogue.

But I would love to see autodialogue between her and Liara.  It would probably be as awesome as the Garrus/Joker and Garrus/James stuff.

That would have been an awesome easter egg for those of us with imports...

"Hello Commander."

"Miran-"

"Shhhh."

It would a nice addition to a DLC. She could come aboard for some catch up and other things.

Is Thane's rotting corpse in there?  Cuz I'd assume the Normandy has a janitor...

Okay...she can still stay in the cabin.

She can sit at the chair and give Shepard **** about his messages.

Miranda can have her old room back. Liara spends all her time in Shepards cabin anyway, romanced or not.

That's actually eerily accurate.

In fact, Liara spends more time in there than Miranda does. Ever.

Miranda doesn't love you.  I thought Walters made that clear?

Miranda loves Shepard, she may neve admit it without pressure, but my Shepard can't stand Liara smothering him.

I'd have nothing more than to shut her down. Alas you HAVE to be nice to Liara.

Don't talk to her.  You won't get the time capsule scene, the scene where she talks about her mommy, or the "rape" scene at the end.

Seriously, don't talk to her.  At all.  She'll still be around somewhat, but not that much.

Oh, see I thought that wasn't avoidable. I just talk to talk. I have all her bonus powers.

Looks like this new run with the alternate Sentinel version of my canon Shepard WON'T be talking to her.

But yeah, the scene at the end is really weird...

It's way weird. So my shep runs RIGHT BY her.

Yeah, just never talk to her ever and you miss out on most stuff.

Her presence will barely be more than Miranda's.

...low blow, I agree

No. Shepard was keeping it empty for when Thane would return to the Normandy after speaking with the Salarian Councilor. Thane got cured of Kepral's Syndrome. Had to headcanon it because Bioware loves to contradict themselves.

Anyways, Shepard was going to the Citadel to pick up Thane AND talk to the Councilor...

Except, There was the coup and...Garrus helped the Councilor to safety while Thane, Vega, and Shepard went after Leng.

They shot down his car, crashing it into one of the Precidium Bridges. Shepard and crew started fighting Leng but...He threw a bomb and Shepard pushed Vega out of the way, but James nearly went over the edge. Shepard barely caught James before he fell, at the cost of also hanging over the edge.

It was either keep fighting Leng or save Shepard from death. Thane ran to Shepard aid, but Leng stabbed him as he tried pulling Shepard to safety. Leng escaped and Shepard, panicing as his friend was bleeding, ordered James to take Thane to get aid while Shepard went after Leng on his own.

...

Shepard keeps that room empty in rememberence of the man who sacraficed his survival for Shepard's.

...I have to headcanon a lot to make things at least acceptable.

Lance moves at pace that astounds me.

I just decided where my Shepard grew up and he's over here doing all this stuff.

I need to pick up the pace. It will be so exiting to have SIX facts done.
