For me she could have time for both trying to locate her sister and building a faction of Cerberus renegades to oppose TIM.

I think the best way for Miranda to locate her sister is to use the Alliance and SB resources on the Normandy. The rescue mission could happen at the end of the first act. Then nothing could prevent Miranda to be on the Normandy for a long period. After that she could have a great story arc like Legion and Mordin involving Cerberus, and then coordonate/lead the renegade Cerberus forces from the Normandy war room until the final battle.

Do you think Miri would sign up for adoption? Or would she use the Knowledge gained from the Lazarus Project, or possibly something similar to what Henry did to create her, to make a Child from her own DNA and possibly Shepard's DNA?

The Adoption Route, or the Scientific Route?

I think it would be either or. Something to talk about in a nice Conversation....wait...we didn't have it.:crying:

I heard that even a Character in the Dragon Age Series is unable to have children. I wonder why BioWare loves using this Story Arc?

I think this would be the last thing Miranda wants to talk about during ME3.

Agreed.

This is an after the war conversation.

^ Which is why they could have made ME3 Longer. Or hell, this is the Perfect time to make A DLC Mission Pack for her. It's possible to logically squeeze that Subject into a nice long conversation.

It would only work if there was post game.

Luis the last thing that she needs is Shepard telling her he wants to help her with a baby and then having him die in Control and Synthesis. It would invalidate those players.

It will have to wait until after the war, and only in Destroy.

If only there was "Post Game," but BioWare does not want to create it.:(

Not to dismiss the idea entirely, but they wouldn't create a DLC just for something like that.  If they end up giving Miranda a DLC mission of her own (a la Lair of the Shadow Broker), that might be the appropriate time to delve into something like that.

She wouldn't divulge such personal information at said time. There is a war going on for God's sake. The last thing that needs to come up is her fertility issues.

She needs to stay focused on the war.

I'M TRYING TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE IN MY HEAD. STOP SPOILING THIS FOR ME.

But in all seriousness, she shouldn't be talking children when she doesn't even know if her man is coming back to her.

^This. Working on the Normandy, using Liara's resources was not only the safest place for her to try to locate her sister, but it was also more in-character. She would do anything to save her sister, but at the same time Miranda wouldn't forget about the Reapers and she would have a saying about TIM upgrading Cerberus's operatives with Reaper tech and experimenting on humans.

Where would she have stayed though? Thane's Room? Lance wouldn't have liked that?

I chuckle at the idea of a romanced Miranda sitting at the desk in Shepard's cabin giving him **** for the messages he received.

Maybe Allers room? Miranda would be better suited there.

Definitely Allers room, it's ridiculous how big her room is. But yeah, Miranda staying at Shepard's cabin is just ridiculous.

Why does it feel like Allers is dead wait? Now that I think about it, I feel like I'm going to end up forgetting she's there. And her voice is just , and her face looks as if she had some allergic reaction to something. It's like she was a "last minute" addition to the Game.

I would much prefer her to take Allers spot.

I totally agree with you about the SB stuff. Not only would Miranda have been safe from Cerberus with Shepard, she would have had all the access she would have wanted. We could take her on missions, which would be a plus. I would have loved to hear her opinion on Javik.

And once Oriana is safe, she can be on the Normandy too.

Plus we would have gotten an emotional LI goodbye at the beam.

What could have been...

Yeah as you say using those resources would make a lot more sense in her hunt for Oriana and i would love to have her aboard the Normandy. Still if they were determined to keep her off the Normandy i think building her own Cerberus faction against TIM while Shep focused on reapers could have worked with the Oriana search piggybacking this action.

Since she can't have her old room back <_< .. I can imagine her switching places : the war room, the med bay, the observation decks ...
Of course the captain cabin is always available for her :P

Miranda only gets emotional in ME3 if you dump her or she dies.  Are you implying that's what would have happened??

Your headcanon is soooooo grimdark...

I just wish she'd been a squadmate so I had someone I enjoyed taking other than Garrus or Ashley (I just got Javik).

krukow all I wanted was a scene where she said that she cared. The beam run may be the last time she gets to see him. That's all I wanted.

SOME WEIRD SIN.

As Iggy Pop called it.

She can even yell at him later, after the Normandy comes back.

"Thinks this is funny do you, making me worry like this?"

"I only promised not to die, I never said I'd be careful."

(Miranda takes a deep breath through her nostrils)

She won't be mad in my canon. He did as he was told he finished it and found her(well she ended up having to find him but close enough.
