So I did the Ashmance and it got me thinking. Would you be happy if they recolored the body model and used the animations for a Miranda love scene?

Not to sound greedy, but I'd prefer something a little more...tailored, and that goes for any LI scene.  While Ashley and Miranda might be "close enough" physically to get away with a re-color, I imagine the emotions involved with both scenes would be substantially different.

That said, I'm quite certain it's possible to just import Miranda's head onto the generic "nude" body model and render it out in 3dsmax or something.

No, mainly because miranda has, well a better figure than Ash. Besides, one of the thing I liked from Miranda's romance model was the detail, like the mole near her right breast.

i didn0t quite like that they just used Shepard's "nude" model for every human, with tweaking just the skin tone.

That's a disaster waiting to happen. The Tali people had a doll. The last thing we need is a custom sex scene with Miranda made by a fan. No offense.

But I do agree that the sex scenes should be different, as the emotions involved  would be different.

I'd also like a picture for the cabin. Or that hilarious locket...

That "doll" was proven to be a fake and totally unrelelated to Tali.  :P

That said, I still agree with you.

There's only one nude model for each gender anyway, just with different tones. And the scenes are quite well done. Very tasteful and romantic.

This was well received last night in regards to gifts from Miranda.

If she was to give Shepard something, I would think it would have to be very Miranda. A simple picture on the desk wouldn't cut it.

The thing is, is that anything made by a fan wouldn't be tasteful or romantic. It would be crude and exploitive.

Depends on the fan.  I've been known to do some tasteful stuff.  I've also been known to have once applied Jack's "renegade" sex scene to Legion's body and proceeded to laugh my ass off.

I'm of the opinion that you either need to show minimal amounts of content or the whole thing. At least to the point that you can market the film (it has to be simulated is what I mean). That is to say you're either thrusting or you aren't. Mass Effect has always been the former, and it's always been tasteful.

There is nothing worse than a sex scene that's unrealistic. DA:O had those, and they're awful. The scene is supposed to invoke warm feelings, not laughter. It looks like your're giving a vigourous back rub in DA:O.

That's why I like the apartment scene. It does all it needs to. If you want you can head canon what they do when the screen fades to black.

The "love scene" for me still is a disappointment (it isn't a love scene, just an extension of the third talk). My main issue isn't not showing a "nude" model, what I don't like is Shepard being out of the apartment like nothing has happened after the fade to black.

One of the problem with ME3 is that it don't show anything.

They have enough time to instal all the hardware from the SB on the Normandy betwen Mars and the Citadel, but they didn't have enough time to give more personal to the ship?

I'm disappointed of the Alliance. Actually they are a disappointment since ME2.

The thing with the Alliance is that we're never really given a compelling reason why we should be supporting them other than the "they're not space fascists". They're not so much a government and more of the middleman between humanity and the Council.

The text for the planet Watson establishes that the Alliance exists as a way for the various countries of Earth to avoid setting off an interstellar war as they colonize star systems. They're pretty much what Starfleet was during Enterprise. Working with Cerberus in ME2 was actually satisfying because the side missions weren't "Shepard go clean up this mess before the Council starts yelling at us" and there was a lot less of "Well we could do something but I don't think the Council would like it."

They have sex. That's pretty blatant. She climbs on top of him like she did before.

Does it really necessitate a repeat of the engine room?

The build up already elicts a response from the audience.

I'm talking about a wake up or pillow talk is missing. Every other real romance scene has it (Shepard waking up ans some dialogue with his/her LI). We can assume that they talled, but about what?

bw failed to show that.

What do you think they talked about? I think that's an interesting concept to ponder.

There are some subjects that never was adressed in their relationship.

- The future. Both of them know that they'll never have a normal life, but if both of them survive the entiore war, what will become of them? It will be an unknown territory for both of them.

- The fertiliy issue. Miranda should talk with Shepard about it, even if she doesn't want to be a mother.

The thing is is that neither of them know if the other is coming back. Miranda does know if her man is coming back to her.

And in two of the endings, he isn't.

I think a lot of things need to be said when he finds her or she finds him in Destroy. Any other time would be inappropriate, as it puts the Synthesis and Control people in a corner.

The fact of the matter is, I shouldn't be having to headcanon almost all of the relationship.

I don't want a sex scene; I want the pillow talk that's tied to it.

Look at Steve's Sex Scene. He walks in, has his talk, Make out with Shepard as the scene fades to black, then poorly done nightmare scene happens, and Shepard wakes to with Steve spooning him. Little talk that similar to all the romances, nice kiss on the lips, and smile from Steve.

As with the other 4-excuse me, 2 ME2 romances, I shouldn't have to headcanon everything.

Just look at Kaidan. He has an adorable scene on the Normandy...

Shepard: "Are you flirting with me Kaidan?"

Kaidan: *chuckles* "Well, if you have to ask, I'm obviously out of practice. So, maybe later, You can let me practice."

Its short, sweet, and the only thing that bugs me is Shepard's sudden head movement after Kaidan's second like, which is just hilarious. I just picture him going "DID HE JUST SUGGEST BUTTSEX?!" XD

Other than that, it really helps their relationship and show who they are to eachother in a simpler way.

Miranda doesn't have that luxery.

This is a good summary from what I wanted. But I do want a love scene, love, not just a sex scene or a cheap fade to black.

Lance, I'm not gay, but even I know that gay men are not limited to buttsex. In fact, I was told that was not preferred. The more you know...

Anyway, what would they say to one another? What could she possibly tell him?

Miranda rested her head upon Shepard’s chest. She lay there
silently listening to the steady beat of his heart. He shifted slightly under
her and adjusted the blankets around them.

“So, after this is all done,” her voice was hesitant but
calm, “…what are we going to do?”

His fingers trailed up her bare arm, leaving goose bumps as
they brushed across her warm skin.

“If we win this, I’m retiring. I’ve had my fair share of
near death experiences. We could disappear. No Alliance, no Cerberus, no war. ”

“Is that what you want?”

“I want you, I want us. A…family.” He lifted her face to his
and stared into her blue eyes.

“I want to give you everything you ever wanted. A normal
life.”

“Miranda Lawson, will you run away with me?” A small smile
painted across her face as he leaned in…

-Fade to Black-

Poof! Now you’re outside of the apartment. What was her
answer? I wonder…;)

Dialogue isn’t really my thing, so I apologize for the formatting.

BAM!  That, right there, would have been perfect.  Just a little something.

It was a joke. I've seen too many odd videos on Youtube. Wait, let me change that. People have shown me too many odd videos on youtube.

Anyways, I don't want my Shepard to retire yet. Maybe from things like Elyssium, Akuze, Torfan, and Mass Effect, but not from being a Spectre

My Shepard would start a new N7 Academy (Located on the mount Olympus, mars). He would be a chieff instructor there, teaching a new generation how to deal with the problems.

Of course, Miranda can be there with him or on Earth, helping with something else. The thing is that both of them have important jobs, but they still can find time for each other.

Let her be there for him. Share doubts, fears, hopes. A little cuddling. Make some plans--my Shepards are ambitious. Let me see them as a couple.
