The only question is is what they'll do to her when he wakes up.

Aside from overseeing his recovery and handling of his Lazarus implants, I'm not sure.

From the slides we've seen with the EC I believe she was pardoned for her time with Cerberus and even works with the Alliance from time to time. She's just to valiable for the Alliance arrest her.

I only get one slide though. The other slides pertain to the other endings. Shepard being there will mix things up.

Not to say you aren't wrong though.

Is it possible to get more than one slide of her? I seem to recall someone mentioning it but I can't be certain.

I somehow get both destroy slides of Miranda, both romanced and non-romanced.

Look up Operation Paperclip. That's Miranda's fate.

No.

Miranda would not work in the employ of the Alliance. She might work with them, but not for them.

That certainly sounds familiar

Play ME2 again.  Get most/all of your squad killed.  Keep Miranda alive in ME3.

I believe he was referring to Shepard in ME2 that says he works with Cerberus, not for them

The slides I can think of is the control with Miranda and Ori staring at a monitor, the destroy one she's looking at the sky and the one she's working with appears to be Alliance soldiers. I haven't played the EC yet though, I can't be sure on how to get the slides.

Still, I just can't see Miranda ever working for the Alliance.

I'm still of the mindset that Shepard and Miranda will found a new Cerberus-like organization.

My Shepard is an independent agent of Cerberus. It's he plans on contracting with them, but not quite being under their full employ.

Get in line. Everyone is doing that in their canon. Everyone.

But I have a name for it so there. =]

I guess I'm the only one that prefers the idea of Miranda opening a medical lab instead of reforming Cerberus.

I'm going to have to kill you then. In order to protect you from possible jealously, I will melt you down and keep your DNA in a lab. You'll be fine.

But I'm not looking at something just like Cerberus. Something far less...well downright goofy.

And by that I mean an organization that is publicly acknowledged, but also does things independently.

But I still have name.

I kind of like her disappearing, maybe faking a suicide, and working as a scientist. Shep too. (Hey, Destroy-ers aren't the only ones who can wave away the bits they don't like.

I try very hard not to do that, as I find it to be dishonest. That's why the Geth play a role, regardless of whether or not they were destroyed above Rannoch or not. So does EDI.

I don't think waving things away is the right way to tell the story, at least in my case.

Well, I think it's a cool idea. I don't really have a "canon."

Sometimes I feel a little embarrassed to admit that. Everybody seems to have a canon. It's like I need a support group or something.

Shepard is an explorer, an adventurer. It's who he is. He's also a warrior, a born master of battle. But above all he is a leader, a master of men, and a charismatic individual that lives to shape and influence the lives around him for the better.

But would she actually make Oriana believe such a thing.
If she really wants to disapear, she can't do it with Ori, otherwise she won't have the normal life she wanted her to have. I mean, wouldn't Oriana look for her or just miss her sister
Plus, i think Miranda would like to be with her, for once not during a war or on a rescue mission.

The disapearing scenario is interesting and has its appeal, but i don't think miranda would do it.

Shepard and her could be far more useful to the galaxy

As much as my canon doesn't make for a great dramatic story, I'm ok with it. Of course there is the somewhat long recovery process after Shepard is found, and then the helping with the rebuilding for a time, and a final "screw you" to the remainder of Cerberus. But after that it just gets simple. He and Miranda have worked in some form or another for their entire lives up until that point. Shepard has saved the galaxy multiple times. They deserve a break. Not necessarily a disappearing act, just a step out of the spotlight. A quiet place where they can just enjoy themselves and not work themselves to death. Literally.

They could take Ori with them. New identities, fresh starts. For Shepard, creating instead of destroying. Figuring out how this crazy new world works.

Yes, I did like the end of The Dark Knight Rises.

Hahaha Don't feel bad, at least this way you don't crack your head improving everything that BioWare messed up.
