MIRANDA IS INFERTILE AND HAS DADDY ISSUES, MUCH LIKE A COMMON GAS STATION PROSTITUTE.

Bombing run complete, no survivors!

^ Which reminds me, can any of you see Miri having a taste for Epic Films, like Troy, LOTR, etc?

She might criticize how incorrect are somemovies based on real battles. And those are long movies, I don't know if she had enough time before to watch a full movie.

Dude, it wasn't that subtle...

Taboo is much better at the subtle references...

Though depending on what pop cultural reference he's been using that day it either amounts to something from that, something related to David Bowie, or something related to Roger Waters.

I would just do something related to George Harrison.

Seriously, it's brilliant. That idea of Shep keeping a picture of Miranda on his chest armor.

I can’t compliment you on using complement, but your scene earlier was fun. Although you really should include the bit where the lady’s standing over there (which is relatively easy to tell by hearing alone). Strictly speaking, I’d probably also drop the continued references to the other shape only maybe being Miranda.

So I just spent a solid hour scouring this thread for that link to the Miranda Skyrim mod. Does anyone have it handy perchance?

I don't even play Skyrim and it wasn't hard to find what you're looking for. Remember, google can be your friend sometimes. ;) Is this the mod you were talking about? skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6722

To bad the red ring is around her. :(

Early morning, nothing to do, decided to see if I could fix it. It isn't perfect, but the red ring is gone.

Does anyone think Miranda would have been better suited to Brynn's role, omitting the romance with Jacob? Far from ideal, but a step in the right direction.

Now that this thread is quiet, I can now express that I really liked Miranda. She's by far my favorite female character in ME universe. She along with Mordin were my favorite squadmembers in ME2.
Would have been awesome to combine her combat abilities with Kaidan's. I'm really hoping she'll become at least a temporary squadmember at some point in ME3.
The only thing I found boring about her, was her family, but that's just a minor thing.
Didn't romance her though. She has the "wrong equipment."

I don't know. If that had been her role, I doubt we'd be happy with it.

As a concept, Miranda having her own side-story going on, where you meet up with her occasionally, with some romance stuff, and then her story intersects with the main story eventually, is not bad.

It's really more suited to her than plopping her down in some side mission. It's more the execution and implemention that are really lacking. And that has to do with the mentality underlying the part of the game in which she appears + the focus on the late-game tragic death.

But, hypothetically, I think I'd rather this basic story outline were kept, and just improved by a lot, rather than exchanged with Brynn's. Which is finally not all that interesting.

You'll fit right in, Beep. Welcome.

Anyway, I've been doing some thinking. Does anyone else see a strain of "reverse snobbery" running through parts of the game. It didn't work, but the ME2 narrative talks up Jacob as a potentially great commander and hero in his own right. And he finds his fulfillment in being a father and protecting his loved ones. Which is fine, but pretty humble. Miranda really is physically and mentally superior, but she too longs for and achieves "normal."
