Whatever, he's dying of an incurable disease anyways that can't be cured because it's incurable.

Indeed. I find the KKK comparison totally inappropriate ME2 Cerberus. There are quite a few smart people in Cerberus who aren't racists or suchlike and just want to give humanity a leg up. Take Brynn and her people. That face of the organization is just as real as the one represented by Kai Leng. By her own statements, Miranda is one who represents the non-racist face. Even TIM is eclectic enough that he recommends people from multiple species for Shepard's team in ME2. On the other hand, he does nothing to discourage excesses like on Pragia or Aite.jtav wrote...
Miranda is far too high up for her (or her fans) to plead ignorance of Cerberus. Part of the problem is that Cerberus shifted from space IRA to space N*zis. You could support the ideal as stated in the manifesto while deploring their methods. ME3 Cerberus is fit only to be eradicated.
And then it all goes to hell in ME3. It's appropriate for Miranda to not be with them anymore, but she should reflect on what Cerberus could have been, had more people like her - or Brynn - been in it.
TIM has clearly gone off the deep end in ME3 and Miranda should be angry at that perversion and be actively trying to do something to stop him by rallying the more reasonable elements to her banner. Yet Bioware would have us believe she does nothing till late in the game. It's just utterly silly.

You...simply need an iPhone and the proper application to know this. She is out MAKING her contacts talk. She isn't asking nicely. You get more insight from Miranda's character from one text than you do her IN game. And there isn't even any VO!
If a DLC were to be included that gave context to the intermissions between her meetings with Shepard I think a lor of this bull**** would go away. If it were to happen within a Cerberus Arc, a LOT of things would be diminished.
Also, for the record, I believe the IRA is a better fit for Cerberus, as they too were a Nationalist Organization vying for dominance. The only difference is, how. Some, like Bobby Sands led hunger strikes and that's okay with me, even though they died (Awful I know) and then we have those ****s putting bombs in public places and killing woman and children.
Guess which "well intentioned" section of the IRA is remembered and took precedence. Exactly. By the time ME3 roles around you don't have Bobby Sands people anymore, you have an army of zealots.
Miranda was never a part of the latter, she was in Cerberus for what she believe were the right reasons. Xenophobia was not a factor in her decision in all, in fact she is more than willing to work with them, unlike people like Kai Leng.

Anyways, Bluephotos is attacking Miranda in the "Saving Thane wouldn't trivialize the character Thread". This **** has attacked everyone pretty much and comes up with absurd arguements.
Shall we kindly hand him his ass on a silver platter after we PULVERIZE it like a piece of meat?

He's called Blueprotoss, I don't think he was attacking Miranda, and it's best just to avoid stuff like that anyway.

How dare you! The fame of David Bowie should never be brought into contention.
My favorite Bowie song, BTW.

Hold the phone chucklenuts. That song was CO-WRITTEN by Freddie and He.
And that's the truth, Ruth.
But is it Bowies best song? Maybe from his pop period. He has far more complex pieces in the seventies that would beat Under Pressure over the head.
Back on topic, has anyone ever noticed how BAD the animation is when Miranda uses warp. She looks like a contortionist.

About the Thane thread, he's my favorite character along with Miranda, but I can't stand to go near any of his threads, people there are so depressing and angry.
And this whole feud between their fans started a while ago when Tully Ackland joined the #FindMiranda group before joining the #SaveThane and latter criticised their attitude. Also, one of their most prominent fans thought the Miranda fans weren't doing much for our alliance. It's stupid and it's sad to see some of them still resent us and the character.
