All I remember is him saying his thing about living without Synthetics.
And now this:

I never really understood why people didn't liker her. She was always pleasent and I enjoyed talking with her. But she also has a great sense of humor.

He says he COULD die. But I don't think I remember him saying that in the EC.
I was about to put that in my favorites. Then I saw the heels. Ugh.flemm wrote...
That would certainly be my ideal scenarioBringBackNihlus wrote...
Absolutely. This is coming from the same guy who wrote Mordin's scene. It'll be great, if it happens, and he writes it; and him alone.
More Miranda cosplay. Pretty cool...

I always use her as the leader of the other team because she's Shepard's 2IC and made for that role. She's capable of making independent decisions and more than a follower, and that's what determines the role I assign her to. The biotic bubble, not so much because others are obviously more capable.krukow wrote...
Tell me Taboo! PM me if you must, but I want to know!!
Also, why would you use Miranda for the biotic bubble? You can't use her in your squad then!!

Go watch it on YouTube. It does not say that in any way. It relies on you to infer incorrectly; very successfully, I might add. It’s a wonderful piece of writing.
I didn't take it that way. It implied there was a chance Shepard could die, which was true. It implied that Shepard would lose his implants. Post-Destroy, if he survives he'll be a full organic once again.Babi_Siha wrote...

I don't know if the dialogue changed with the EC, but before it was like this: "You can wipe out all synthetic life if you want, inclucding the geth. Even you are part synthetic". The Catalyst never explicitly says you'll die, but when it says all synthetics will be wiped and that Shepard is part synthetic, that's its way of manipulating Shepard by implying that he would die.

Edit: Essentially, it’s not allowed to lie (to the best of its knowledge), but it does have an agenda.

Looking at it that way it certainly raises the bull**** meter.
I had always believed that it would affect Synthetic life before implants and such but I haven't really studied the dialogue.
He's painful to listen to. I do however get a hardy chuckle when he says "new variables".
And Shepard just stands there, looking the fool.

Not possible. She can be dead which means the plot has to be neutral enough to makse sense even without her. They will never restrict access to DLC based on whether you have Miranda alive or not. So the best you should hope for is major inclusion in some plot. Cerberus-Omega plot would fit very well, but don't get all "I want Miranda exclusive DLC". Not realistic nor fair to other characters. I'm hoping she's temp-squadmate in Omega and will provide lots of additional info on Cerberus and what they were doing with Collector BaseTaboo-XX wrote...
I'd rather have a DLC be Miranda focused. No Aria or anything.

But......what about Walters symbolism ?Taboo-XX wrote...
I head canon lots of **** yous as I stumble over to the pipe. In all honesty, if there was EVER a time my Shepard was out of character, it was then.
He'd have debated the **** out that thing. Alas I get a bunch of "Okays" and "I WON'T DO THATS".
I really wish he would have taken another form.
It would have REALLY ****ed with my Shepard's head if he had appeared as Miranda.

You mean you were more attached to Miranda that the boy on earth ?

BTW Taboo, I'm opening my "Use Omega's hub to include more romance scenes" thread today which will of course include Miranda, counting on you to bump/support it.
