With all the refugees on the Citadel, I'm not sure any more awareness needed to be raised. Just eavesdrop on their conversations and then go find their war totems.

The game made it clear that most people considered the Citadel to be a safe place that the war wouldn't ever reach and that this made the Council as well as its citizens complacent. Once Cerberus proved the Citadel wasn't untouchable, they were much more willing to provide assistance in building the Crucible.

She is in the "Red" Uniform. A commanding Officer (Mostly Captain and XO) in TNG has the red color on the Uniform.

"That is logical" - Captain Wesley Worf of Nine

I see what you're saying, but from what I can remember, the Council were only acting when their homeworlds were in danger.

ooooh Miri as a Starfleet Captain! I'm falling in love all over again <3

hmmmm, I'd go with "Warden" for her ship name B)

What class Starship would she have? My money is on a Sovereign class. It is the most advanced in TNG.

Well, I'm torn between a scientific vessel (then, Warden wouldnt really fit I guess xD), since she is a scientist first and foremost.
But, if not a scientific, then I guess Sovereign class starship named "Warden" would fit :D

I think Miranda would be lovely with a Dinosaur body.

I think we can find some photoshop artist that can help us with that.

So you kids are actively trying to compete with the talimancers now, right?

I mean, it's cool if you are, I just want to be sure you're aware of it...

What do you mean with "you kids"?

Krukow is just jealous because the Miranda thread is, for the most part, legitimately reached the level of pages it has, while the Ashley thread devolves into weird European dudes hitting on each other.

Now, now, not all of us  Europeans are weird.

I'm not.............i think.=]

You can't tell the difference between men and women. ;)

I, on the other hand, will happily admit I am weird. But I don't hit on people on the internet.

...not anymore anyway.

The only "Science" Vessels I can really think of are Miranda class Starships:

And Oberth class Starships:

These are very small Ships. They are not as well equipped for combat and defense.

Miri would want a ship that is also durable.

that's why they are SCIENCE ships ;) and also the reason why I think a warship/exploration ship would also be a good choice for her... She may be a scientist, but she is also a formidable opponent in battle :)

Yeah, let's call a spade a spade. Miri would want a Defiant class ship retrofitted to have a few science labs. That's the Star Trek equivalent of the Normandy (w/thannix cannons), right?

Dominion War-era Defiant with it's cloaking device is pretty much the Star Trek equivalent of the Normandy

I'm a fan of the Sovereign class:

The Defiant is the "Star Trek" Equivalent of the Normandy, though the Normandy is becoming as famous as the Enterprise in Pop Culture. "Tough Little Ship...."

Sovereign class fits Perfectly for Miri. It shows leadership.

Miranda and Oberth class are old. They were created in the 23rd Century.

Do you think a Sovereign class Starship can stand against a Sovereign class Reaper?

If Miri were a Starfleet Captain, would her personality and Leadership skills be similar to Picard's? I don't know about hot Earl Grey Tea.:P

Heh. Imagine her lecturing an officer for disobeying a Direct Order.

Miranda is way more Kirk than Picard. Picard's all book-learnin and thinky, whereas Kirk is smart, but more tactically clever and prone to action.

Hacking Khan's ship to make him drop his shields? Totally a Miranda move...

^ I guess you are right. Kirk is also daring. Miri is daring as well. She definitely knows how to Hack. Hacking a Starship would be a breeze.

Does this mean she'd have a Constitution class Starship?

Posted Image

This class is so old though. Inferior compared to Excelsior, Ambassador, Galaxy, and Sovereign classes.

No she isn't. If anything she resents authoritarian control. I would think this would be obvious by her anti-council stance and her hatred of her father. She is a pragmatist, not a fascist.

She resents control. She talks about this more than once.

You complain of her comments in the Collector Base. Mac Walters wrote that dialouge. She sure as **** isn't ascribing to authoritarian methods there or even pragmatism.

The character changes and people need to accept that.

And no I don't like some of it either.

Those have nothing to do with authoritarianism.

Yes they do.

Putting one person in control of the entirety of something is exactly what TIM was planning all along. Deciding how they should live and how they should die. Can you imagine the horrors he would have inflicted had he gained control of the Reapers?

Strength for humanity or strength for Cerberus is the line Shepard utters.

It's about controlling people. She was in Cerberus for other reasons.

This is why she quits.

What do you mean? I have exactly the suit that was posted before... it would fit perfectly.

Oh, and another thing. I'm not a trekkie myself, but that question may be critical for hardcore fans: any specific ship you want?

She supports a system where supreme powers lies with a single person who has proven himself capable of ruling without any actual means of replacing him except through force of arms and also defends a very clear chain of command aboard the Normandy as well as control chips as means of controlling dangerous people.
She is a very authoritarian, domineering person. Wheter or not this has changed in ME3 is up for debate.

I meant an outfit like this:

Would she even look right in that Outfit?

I can't think of a good name for a Ship. Maybe try looking at these classes:

Constitution

Excelsior

Ambassador

Galaxy

Sovereign

One of these classes have to fit Miri best.
