I love everything about Miri, not only her looks. There's more to it.
She was my first LI ever. And she will always be my one and only in Mass Effect, and possibly every other BioWare game.
I'm just afraid of loosing her to ways in ME3 that can possibly be unavoidable, like her death.

So you are saying a disagreements can happen, even with Miri?ViSeirA wrote...

I love everything about Miri.
And did you not just see me come to my senses?
Which are all traits that complement her personality, I confess you might like some character's traits without sharing their view but that'll always put a road block between the two of you, i.e: the situation I mentioned earlier.
Even though saving the human colony will most likely be a logical choice.

I'm saying that they are making me sound like I want to just drop Miri, and go to someone else, saying "**** her I'm going to someone else,"
NO. I would never do that.

Just out of curiosity, and in the interest of getting all the answers more or less in one go, who here will be refraining from purchasing Mass Effect 3 if Miranda does not have substantial content featured?
Me.
Well, that one I knew.
Yes, but I know some people don't understand why I would do that.In fact, it's not about purchasing the game or not, it's about playing to the game or not. I'm not going to play ME3 if I know I'm not going to enjoy it. I really like the Mass Effect franchise, but Miranda is really an important character for me and I can't imagine the final act of my Shepard story without her.
I have pre ordered SWTOR collector edition last week, and I'm just waiting for potential good news about Miranda to do the same with ME3.

Sticking up for MEfan for a sec, I like Miranda despite not sharing her views. Spies are like catnip for me, and I love prickly introverts.
That means you like the character because of the stereotype it portrays, if someone else filled Miranda's spot for that type of character you'd have liked them all the same right? what I'm asking is what's the special thing about Miri that made you or anyone else for that matter like her so and would make you differentiate her from any other character who would fill the same stereotype?
If by sterotype you mean "morally dodgy operstive who is hypercompetent and believes passionately in her cause" then yes.

Nope. Didn't have another LI other then Miri. Miri was my first and is my one and only.

Well what you said is 'almost' too specific to be called a stereotype but I think you made your point.

Honestly, I don't she'll base her opinion on pro-human or not if we're talking about Reapers. If we needed to sacrifice a humna colony or something to gain an strategical advantage, she'll do it. It's not about humans now. It's about pragmaticism and the more favorable outcome againt a force that's... well, scary.
That is what I've been saying. All lives are at stake. I doubt Miri will only focus one in a time like this.

Yeah exactly i'm really curious if this situation will be handled in a special way. But i already have a playtrough of ME1 and ME2 where my only LI is Miranda just in case i don't like the consequences of the love triangle lol

Nah...Bioware have made Shepard into a galactic stud. He'll never be short of 'company'
And though Miranda is pro-human she is open-minded and respectful of aliens. I don't think a choice involving saving a human colony vs alien place would be a deal-breaker between her and Shepard
Now a choice of saving Oriana or doing something else may be...
