Well, Ashley makes a very mean comment regarding Miranda when you talk to her on the Citadel. That solidified my detestment of her character. After that point, my Shepard is completely done with her. The next time he see's her, he's trying to reach the council to save them from Udina. She immediately falls into ****-and-moan mode overdrove, and Shepard puts her down to do his job.
"Goddamnit Ash. He was with Cerberus!"
"So were you! I hope the Reapers send you to Hell!"
Okay, Ash only says something about Miranda if you romanced them both.
Also, she says Miranda wears swimwear into battle, which is completely true.
Also, I can tell by dialogue that you were a total jerk to her the whole game.
" I'm a REAL person. Not sure if that's your thing anymore!"
That doomed Ashley to painful deaths in all my playthroughs. I keep her alive in my fic, just so I can screw her over even more.
I love you Krukow, but I hate Ashley. It's utter detestment of her character.

I have never seen her rush. And from a gameplay perspective I don't see Annihilation Field working very well on NPCs. Hell it's not a cakewalk for players either with freakin lag and Nemeses somehow dodging your throw... point blank.Taboo-XX wrote...
^ Except that Jack can become a Vanguard in ME2 sans biotic charge.
She DOES use a shotgun after all.
She also rushes when she needs to.
How come you never seen anyone rush in the game?
Hey Squaddie X, you'll stay in cover in this little spot in marking with this blue arrow, ok?
squaddie: NO, I'LL RUN INTO THE BATTLE RIGHT AWAY! RUUUUUUUUSH *insta-kill*
That happens so much during insanity..... *sigh*

Ha, I'm not sure how useful Lash would be on a squadmate.
"Get 'em!"
*whoop-ah*
"Uh, where'd they go?"
It certainly is hilarious. Fully upgraded you can troll phantoms until they die.
I would much rather see Miranda do that then Slam.
Better yet I'd rather simply see her in DLC with something new.
Well, if I had it my way, she'd have Warp, Lash, Overload, Tactical Scan, Slam, and an Ex-Cerberus Officer passive power.

Regarding Miranda, I think we all want more. But there's a difference between "I want more" and "please fix this." Miranda falls in the second category. I mean, imagine three hours of her fretting over Ori....
Well, of course, when people envision a larger role in the game, they envision her being on the squad, interacting with other characters, fighting the Reapers, and just generally doing different cool things.
So... really it's six of one and a half-dozen of the other.
Nobody wants to rescue Oriana five more times

Also, whenever Jean Luc comes back I'll ask him about Wonder Woman outfits, if only to make a certain user in this thread go nuts.
In a good way.
I know that is strictly for Miranda, but can you ask him if he could do other Superheroes skins as well? Maybe he can do something for a "Captain Alliance" Shepard or a "The Incredible Vega" James outfit. I think I'll buy a new PC only to play with something like that.

This is why you fail to understand why people want more.
We don't want to have more of the same thing, we want more because she deserves more, and because it was the only way to show enough content of all her character aspects.

jtav still thinks want of a prosperous family life, and want of an illustrious career is mutually exclusive. It is not.

What I mean is she desperately needs a new writer (Jay's on TOR now, so that's good) and one who gets her. What crippled the character was lazy, stereotypical writing. If she'd had the sane-sized role but handled more like Jack, I think that could have worked.

Who are them? The one in the middle is clearly using an Incisor (and I suppose it's a custom Shepard) but I do not recognize the others.
EDIT: wait, aren't these The Avengers? Steve's hair doesn't look right, though...

That's a little different. That's squadmate derp and it has happened to me when issuing move commands. But I typically don't issue a lot of commands, hence why I don't see it that often. Without me telling them to move, my squad always stays behind me. The closest thing to a "charge" is Kasumi's Shadow Strike (Asakawa wrote...

With the Fury though, you have to get right in their faces. Like run at them.
I imagine Cerberus is quite puzzled by this.
Trooper#1: Hey look at that chick running at us.
Trooper#2: WTF? Is that Kasumi?
Trooper#1: lol this will be easy. She's clearly lost her mind.
Trooper#2: What's that dark **** around her?
Trooper#1: How should I know? Hey maybe we can capture her for the boss. I mean she is just running right at- ARRGGHHH!
Trooper#2: Danny?! What the- HYARRRGGGGHH!
Later during the debriefing:
Trooper#3: Oh **** oh man, I don't know what happened. They were just standing there, waiting for the order to flank those Alliance guys and then that.. thing got to them... they just... exploded.... I seen... I saw intestines exploding out of ****s... I... I need a moment *breaks down crying*

I know what you mean. What I'm saying is: it's distinction without difference at this point.
Everybody would like to see more aspects of the character, so... we need more content and a larger role in order to see that. Also, the more the merrier, in terms of quantity.
I wish more had been done with what is there also. But it is what it is.

Both aspects fit into the "#MoreMiranda" campaign. That was the initial idea behind it. Miss Rose simply made it into a reality. I never thought it would go anywhere.
IF they included a Cerberus Arc DLC, written by say...Patrick Weekes I think a lot of us would be okay with that.
She couldn't possibly talk about one thing for three hours there.

The only problem I've ever had with Ashley is her constantly not trusting me. It just became tedious and I got sick of trying to convince her that I wasn't the bad guy.
And that jerk remark about Miranda just irks me.
"How can I trust you Shepard? You betrayed us!"
"Fine, **** off then!"
Almost told her to take Hackett's job.
But the line in the hospital doesn't bother me much. It's just jealosy. And you know, head trauma.
