I want choices and those choices to have consequences. I'd don't want to have pre-ordained events that can't be avoided but equally i don't want to be able to waltz about and save everyone from galactic slaughter because that would completely negate the whole idea of the reapers.

who didn't bang the consort (even if it was only for the key thingy)? o_O

I didn't with most of my Shepards. You don't actually have to sleep with her in order to get the key for the Prothean orb.

I find the consort creepy. She doesn't know the meaning for personal space, not what I expected from a high-class courtesan.

Um, Lux. That's what I said. Having to sacrifice Oriana would break her.

Oh. I didn't fully read kamikaze's post. Sorry. I'm just so used to you writing angst.Posted Image

I think Miranda would choose the greater good and spend the rest of the war going ob increasing suicidal missions or retreat into her shell so far that she'd never get out.

Probably. Let's hope it won't come to that. And above all, that we don't have to make that decision.

I didn't want to sleep with her (or anyone else in me1)

I just got her "Gift of words" or whatever it's called, got the prothean orb, and left.

I always thought that it was her way of seduction, if it is then it failed to work on most of my Shepards

I don't want to make that decision either. Though I'd choose Oriana.

If Oriana is to be back i'd prefer i tough decision like that rather than a straight rescue damsel in distress one.

If it's with Oriana. Then I would choose to rescue Oriana. Miri would be devastated if she lost her only family.

@Jebel Krong, you may despise but come on lol we are all Mirimancers lol.:P

*Sings*Can't we all just get along?"

lol:lol:

If only it was an offer. Instead, she gives her gift of words and Shepard says something to the effect of "Wait, that's it?"Posted Imageclassy.

If anyone here is a fan of Torchwood they'd understand what I'm talking about, I'd compare the Oriana situation being discussed to the ending of season 3, when Jack had to choose between sacrificing his grandson to save 10% of Earth's children population or let them be taken by aliens... I wouldn't want to be in his situation but I imagine choosing to sacrifice Oriana would be devastating on Miri's relationship with Shepard, Miranda is a strong woman no question about that but even the strongest of people fall prey to emotions when it comes to family (read: what happened with Jack's daughter).

Nah just improving cross-species relations... ;)

Really though - it seemed obvious she was expecting it in a James Bond-film kinda way (and not the first bond-homage in the series).

I don't always do angst. My Shepards just usually hate her.

^^^^^ from early in the game yes?

Ah disdainful and distant Miranda. I did think I would have to work hard to get past her defences (no, not like that) but once on the Normandy things were just fine and dandy

God jtav. You're talking about Miri as if she is utterly weak.:?

It's Like Miri has been Brain Washed to you.

Damn....so much lack of appreciation for her Character Development.<_<

But, I guess that's your opinion in the matter.

You have yours....

And I have mine........

Cool avatar. Isn't that um....Silent hill 3? I haven't seen anything about that game in a long time. Even though I have never actually played Silent Hill.

And I love her relationship with Oriana, but I also love chilly, reseved people and those who are take-no-prisoners types. Of course I love prologue Miranda.
