I don't think there's any call for personal attacks. And, actually, she's clearly very smart. If you've seen her writing and other constructive comments, she's no slouch. It's all about the mindset.

Reminds me of Dale Carnegie's story about when he heard a man attribute a quote wrongly, and wished to correct him. His friend convinced him that there was nothing to be gained by pointing it out, in this instance. The same can be said for certain cases here.

Otherwise, and I don't mean to sound patronising, there is also the issue of tact. On discussion boards, it is so easy to misunderstand something, and for things to turn (mildly) hostile, that it seems to best to give people the benefit of the doubt and speak in a friendlier manner.

And because that was perhaps a little too serious...

Well it depends on what you want to say or what you want to invoke. Red is a strong color, and that's why your picture works so well. The audience sees what Miranda and Shepard are doing AND the brain picks up on the color. You've framed it accordingly so you get the fullest possbile feeling in one frame.

If you were to put green in there it would cause conflict, as green is a neutral color. Your message would still get across but the brain would process it differently(You might also accidently send the message that it was Christmas time).

What you can do is put in different shades. Starting from lighter at the edges and becoming darker as they approach Miranda and Shepard. That way the audience won't care if she has a bit of pink on her as it will already be there at the outside of the frame. You don't want to make the differences between the colors too distinct though, as it looks funny. A smooth transition works well.

Thank you for the advice. I'll keep that in mind on future pictures. :)

Will Shepard be having more "desert" with Miranda?

He would prefer "dessert".

But that's great news Lance, you should do very well in that class and I'm happy for you.

I was so happy when i first saw it. Right when the flashback were starting, i was crossing my fingers she would finally appear.

Reminds me of the big "WTF" i had when Liara appeared pre EC......Bad times

I'd quote Iggy Pop here but the lyric is too explicit.

I can't remember if I smiled or sighed a huge sigh of relief. I think I it was a bit of both.

I do remember thinking "God I hope Miranda is there in the EC in some capacity."

And when she appeared I was relieved. And then she appeared again in the slides. That was great too.

I was moved again when Garrus decided NOT to put my Shepard's nameplate.

I think Steve Cortez got one of the best flashbacks (of all time!) but both Miranda and Jack got awesome flashbacks. Kudos to BioWare for that.

Does anyone actually know what defines who puts your plate on the memorial ?

I really want it to be Garrus.......for symbolism

yet it's always the VS that does it for me. Well at least it wasn't Liara.

@Krukow:

87% of Ashley's screentime is whining or complaining. :bandit:

The other 13% is her dying!

At least in my playthrough.

It's the squadmate that has the highest approval rating. If you talk to Garrus the most and bring him on the most missions he should put it up.

Liara wasn't even there for one the scenes for me. Neither was Javik.

So guys, I was thinking. With two hash-tags at our disposal with #FindMiranda and #MoreMiranda (Thanks Kaymarierose!) we should get back to making a presence on Twitter. Now's the hightime because of Bioware starting campaign DLC. So let's get our presence out there and try to be the strongest.
Try to be clever when inserting the hash-tags with telling Bioware what we want. Also, as hard as it may be, try to be nice. Posted Image
For example, my first tweet was going to be "Miranda needs to help in the fight to take down Cerberus #MoreMiranda"

We can play on Cerberus, Omega, and other things you guys can come up with. Posted Image

Tell them that I sent you. Especially Mr. Priestly and Mr. Buskell.

But I'm joking here, I think that's a good idea.

It gained traction here after I made an innocuous post. I don't see why we shouldn't let Bioware know about it as well.
