Ok back to Miri. *begs the mods not to ban me, literally on my knees*

So...anyone wanting to be able to have a chat with Oriana. Perhaps BW will give her a bigger role in ME3, Or is her role a little irrelevant?

I would rather she not since I can imagine few roles beyond hostage/victim for her.

Well what about this.....?

Between the events of ME2 and ME3, assuming Miri resigns, she is able to take Oriana and her family to a secure location, without Cerberus tracking them.

Miri was once part of Cerberus, so there is no doubt that she has the ability to block Cerberus from tracking her.

It's not like Miri has a tracking chip in her body.

Oh yeah....here's the first pic of this page....

She's as smart as Miranda, and is able to find Shepard and send her mail (granted, a lot of people seem to be able to, but she mentions having to go through an information broker, so I'll assume it's not as easy as it looks). She presumably doesn't have combat experience, but that would just make it more interesting if some situation arose where she had to step up (say, similar to Joker when the Normandy is attacked).

I will be very dissapointed if there is not a single opportunity to interact with Oriana, even if it is just a call after a mission involving Miranda.

Interaction with Oriana is possibly most likely to happen if you allow Miri to talk to Oriana. I don't understand why anyone wouldn't. Miri deserves to speak to the only real family she has, I don't count her father.

I thought she was relocated on Illium, but I was wrong. Does anyone know where precisely?

Cerberus has spies everywhere. I doubt it will be that easy to keep a low profile? Say if she does have a tracking device in her. Oh my...

Since Oriana is Miri's twin, will she have the same voice, or Assuie Accent? Or since Oriana is just Miri's twin genetically, that's not possible?

I'd say Oriana's voice would have a different voice and accent all her own.

Maybe. She was raised by a different family anyway.

Reasons not to speak with Oriana:
*The mission comes first, and the mission was neither more nor less than stopping Eclipse
*Leaving the decision to Miranda
*Belief that contact would be dangerous
*A desire for Miranda to have no connections other than Shepard

That said, I usually have them speak.

Well i mean i guess it would be nice to see Oriana one final time in Mass Effect 3. It was bittersweet to see both her and her sister meeting for the very first time. Maybe have Miranda introduce Shepard this time around? lol

That would be nice. And seeing Oriana teasing Miri and Us (Shep) about our Romantic Relationship.

We should have at least some moments like this to lighten the mood at times in ME3. War or not.

I agree.....i think that would be excellent idea that ensures that the game not be "too" dark at times lol.

I think I would like to see that maybe after the War is over ala Dragon Age: Origins.

MisterJB, are you entirely sure it was his heart he was thinking with?

Well, he also slept with the Consort and Jack and suggested a threesome back in ME1.
Now I'm working on a save where he chooses Morinth and she kills him after the SM. It seems like a fitting end for him.

who didn't bang the consort (even if it was only for the key thingy)? o_O

Lol. I almost did. I definitely wanted to, but managed to stop myself at the last second.

Yes, but I know some people don't understand why I would do that.In fact, it's not about purchasing the game or not, it's about playing to the game or not. I'm not going to play ME3 if I know I'm not going to enjoy it. I really like the Mass Effect franchise, but Miranda is really an important character for me and I can't imagine the final act of my Shepard story without her.
I have pre ordered SWTOR collector edition last week, and I'm just waiting for potential good news about Miranda to do the same with ME3.

Me too, for exactly the same reasons.

I'll still play it. If I don't like how Miranda was handled, then my next fic would definitely be AU.

Agreed. And that's the only way I want to deal with Oriana again - in a role beyond victim or hostage. For that reason, I dislike the scenario where Oriana is used to blackmail Miranda.

Ehh I find Miranda important and I think she has awesome character potential that BioWare should cash in on. If Miranda is reduced to some obscure cameo, or reduced to something embarrassing like Cerberus idiot ball indoctrinated villain, or owned by Kai Leng to introduce him as a "bad dude". I would be bitter as hell, and would enjoy the game less. However it wouldn't ruin the series for me. I would just kill her in the Suicide Mission, so I can "save" her character, and play ME3 without her. Since I find the above terrible character arcs and horrible endings for her character.

On the other hand, I'm pretty sure the 'information broker' is Liara, who probabaly knew about the relationship between Oriana and Miranda. So she most likely gave out the information for free.
