I think this screenshot hasn't been posted for a while: Isn't it sad how almost all good Miranda pictures come from ME2?
Sorry for getting in this thread without invitation, I couldn't help but noticed that very interesting message. I agree with it and I'm afraid I know reason. We all know how ea like competitors, are we?
…You’re saying that BW is trying to subtly tell us that they prefer Steam over Origin by not censoring the word ‘steam’ from the script? ‘Cause I think that’s stretching it a little.

Nope, that's my sick evil ****'s sense of humour, hinting on lack of proper Miranda's content (that's my point of view) as well as her presense (or lack thereof) in ME3 for saying word "Steam" in ME2. Sort of holy****wood - say something wrong>next moment you'll lose lead support role.
I know I'm not the most optimistic person, but Leviathan releases in a few days. If you want to see more Miranda content, buy it. They will only keep making SP DLC as long as it's profitable. No money, no DLC. No DLC, no Miranda.
Could be your amnesia has not advanced! It is, naturally, a ladies-only thing…(and dudes who use Gibbed and don’t mind lacking voice…):
Well, that's good to know about amnesia, though I earned that perk about decade ago while I still was in the army. Many thanks for explanation and patience, lillitheris. Much appreciated. I'd add smilie tipping hat off for you, but, alas, "there was none".

I'm actually quite looking forward to it. Mystery of the Reapers solved.
What's there to solve? They are huge lobsters, who wasn't eaten by previous generations of predators. Morale of the story - fight them while they are small.
As for DLC price/content, as cost estimator I fail to see price/quality equation here. I mean I paid 80 USD for CE, now I have to pay 10 USD more? Sorry, for that hefty sum, even without Steam discounts, I can purchase several games, which deliver hundreds of hours of gameplay combined. Yes, no Eastern Europe ladies inside (or not, (cough, Witcher, cough)), but you have to set your priorities.

I'm probably going to watch the DLC on Youtube and read a few reviews before deciding if I'm going to buy it. The trailer reminded me a lot of Arrival though, Shepard should have learned by now that helping out/rescuing scientists is a bad idea.
I'll be buying Leviathan. It has that old Lovecraftian vibe to it and that was missing in ME3.
It will also be nice to get an idea of what the Catalyst's creators looked like. If anything I'm hoping that he can shed light on things the Catalyst won't. I'm hoping to get this information in a good context. I've also come to terms that it won't really do much to change my ending choice.

I dunno. I mean, I see the basic logic, but there's also the reverse of demonstrating which areas of the Mass Effect games we'd rather see. BioWare have claimed that they have some big DLC plan (to last a year, I believe) and they might be able to gauge what people want after this one.
I'm a little skeptical because despite all this mystery and such, it can't really impact the rest of the game. Plus, all the previous missions of this type were 'go to a place, find that everyone is indoctrinated/husks, get an artifact that is ultimately meaningless'.
It may sound odd, but I think I'd rather delve into the characters more than the lore. Obviously, a balance of both would be best though.

And Omega is probably next...
And to be honest, Omega is probably the best shot we have of getting more Miranda.
All that said, it's going to be a pretty meaningless addition (Leviathan) since the being that can kill a Reaper is... ta-da 150 War Assets!
I wonder if they'll add any cinematics to the ending or whatnot. I'd be surprised if they did.

So maybe the Reapers are the future minions of Cthulhu?!?

That’s a good deal if you compute it relative to the asset value of 4 cruisers. Even dreadnoughts if you don’t buy into the silly low number of ships in the cinematics.
The War Asset that Levithan could provide isn't the important thing. Judging from some lines added into the game by the EC Levithan's going to address the "Starkid comes out of freaking nowhere" problem and the "Synthetics vs Organics conflict comes out of freaking nowhere" problem.

I wish…
More likely they just pureed some shoggoths and tossed it after it went bad.
