Part of my fic has Kelly being kidnapped after the war by a rogue group out to kill Shepard, and Shepard recieves a package in the mail a few days later with her decapitated head in it. It's booby trapped and it explodes, nearly killing Shepard.

I like Kelly. She's too ordinary for Shepard but a sweet girl otherwise. Whatever regular joe lands her is a pretty lucky guy.

But Joker will troll anyway so punishing him for it won't do you much good.

You may be right. Counter-trolling may be a better option. I'm sure I can talk EDI into something...

Minus the derp for yelling at her/not talking to her Kelly has lines that explain how she joined Cerberus and what it was like meeting TIM in person which is a lot more than Miranda gets.

Except I am utterly opposed to Destroy.

I know what the right thing is. The personal price just sucks. So I'm empathizing a bit too strongly with Shep and dreading the sacrifice.

Meta-game the **** out the playthrough.

Sell Legion
Don't do the Geth Consensus Misison

It looks like the Geth VI is betraying you. It lies to you. Shepard has no reason to believe anything it says.

Even Tali states that it betrayed you.

This isn't jazz hands worthy but if you want to do some SERIOUS meta-gaming for a new perspective try this method.

Seeing as you like roleplaying so much why not give it a try?

Speaking only for myself, the fact that the geth survive is not the only reason I choose Synthesis. The preservation of and cooperation with the Reapers that enable unimaginable technological advancements as well as a change to the people of the galaxy not limited by finances and resources are also selling points.

If bad comic books taught me anything is that tribals ALWAYS kill their gods.

Indeed, that story was fascinating, it even introduced a
certain grey morality to the Cerberus of ME3 when Kelly questioned
whether Shepard&Co had done the right thing when they resigned.
I was so dissapointed to see it removed.

I like her too. I also think she's the nice person who has a gruesome and anonymous death for the sake of having the nice person with a gruesome and anonymous death.

She is murdered horrifically and painfully after being tortured and her body is thrown into a compaction blender and the liquefied remains are ejected into space. Her head is completely obliterated when the timebomb goes off.

You have whatever they are comprised of sitting right there. The organic components are still there. Even in Destroy. The only difference is that it isn't alive anymore. You can still study them.

Bad confict resolutions are bad.

No one really cares either way you see, as the Galaxy accepts whatever choice you pick.

I agree with that madman Freud is this endeavor.

"Why take one delusion and replace it with another?"

You'll notice that Ghost trolls with it, someone else quotes with a sentiment of "WTF?!" and then Ghost quotes it all again.

The pattern has repeated itself more times than you can fathom.

After the Collectors abduct the crew, does anyone know if Miranda's attitude changes depending on your squad status?

TIM's email suggests that she would delay the mission to ensure they're ready, but I've never tried it without being fully prepared and, in that instance, she's all for going straight after them.

If not everyone has been recruited or is loyal, Miranda advises delaying the attack. Jacob is shocked and asks her if she is suggesting leaving to crew to die. Miranda responds that that is exactly what she is suggesting.

It's awesome.

She still berates Joker when we were completely ready?

Oh, really? Interesting...

And thanks for the quick response!

Then why did she berate Joker when we were completely ready?

She's angry with Joker for losing the crew and unshackling an AI. Nothing to do with the squad.

I love that Miranda, she always give you the right advises to succeed the mission.

She also tells you to build the team before going for the reaper IFF, while Jacob tells you to go right away.

When I speak to other people in other threads, there always welcome people and are not as hard. Not here though. Everyone here acts too formal, and act harshly to things that do not meet your....standards.

It's like there's more regulation in this Thread than what's supposed to be here already. Limitations. No fun allowed? No smiles, no hearts, nothing. Just plain words because people want everyone to be 100% formal here. Why?

Luis, I apologise if my tone sounded harsh. That was not my intention. I was simply clarifying a point.

But you do need to stop being so sensitive about these things. Most of the time, that's what makes you a target for ridicule by other people.

Never. Ever. Take Jacob's advice it tends to get people killed (case in point with sending him into the vents).

Luis, you might want to avoid being so passionate about some things (don't write with caps, don't abuse emoticons, try to not make egvery post seems so personal, etc.)

By example, I've avoided being a pessimist douche for some time (God bless Blizzard and Diablo 3 for distracting me from bioware).
