It would be very sad if she did though

I think every squad mate will be kill-able, but no specific one will be a required death.

If Miri's life is on the line. Then BW will most likely allow you to prevent her death. They want you to be rewarded, not suffer.

Well as long as it's for a good cause, then i wouldn't mind it so much.....still depressing when you think about it though >_<

This is my personal opinion but if it was another Kaiden/ Ashley choice but Miranda was involved I don't care which companion it was I would choose that Miranda stay alive over them all.

Thinking about it is far too painful.:crying: We shouldn't think stuff like that.

BW will most likely let us prevent her death.

I wonder how Miranda and Ashley would react to each other if you romanced them both.

I can imagine the death option will be floating around for every single character.

I do say that LI characters will be full squad members and non LI's will be short term squad members.

and there could be the possibly of either your LI lives or you do.

@ Ieldra that would effectively ake you a Paragade then...:wizard:

Lol you are barking up the wrong tree for me at least. Not only is Miri my one and only LI in all of Mass Effect, but ashley was also KIA on Virmire. No offense to fans. *runs and hides* :pinched:

I kept seeing ahley over and over before I imported. It got on my nerves. Kaidan is a better character than ashley imo.

For once, I agree with you. Thinking about the possibility is extremely painful. But then, what's human rationality for if not to think about things while not being overpowered by emotion. There is little doubt that Miranda *can* die in ME3, just like everyone else. We can only hope that there won't be a high price tag attached to keeping her alive.

Im really not to much of an Ashley fan either I was just being friendly to her with no flirtation and it seemed like the romance was kinda forced on me.

Um, does anybody want to see anything from the revamped Portrait? Shepard/Miranda, presented unironically, though you may not recognize Shepard as such.

Quite frankly, I really, really can't see Miranda and Ashley figthing over Shepard when there are so many other good reasons for them to figth about, Alliance vs Cerberus for example.
Ashley lets Shepard go in ME1 if he suggests a threesome, which increased my respect for her tenfold and makes me think that if Shepard cheats on her, she's more likely to say "Your loss skipper". Which, in my opinion, is a very healthy atittude.
And Miranda also has no reason to start a figth with Ashley. Clearly, Ashley broke up whatever there was between her and Shepard back in Horizon.

Or at least that is what I hope will happen. Most likely, Ashley will think that Shepard wouldn't have moved on if it wasn't for what she said in Horizon and start making advances. Bleh.

Nice name, BTW.

My main Shepards are neutral and Paragade, yes. But I did not say I didn't take any other Renegade decisions.

As for Ashley and Miranda, I have one such Shepard and I am very curious how this will play out. I hope choosing one won't mean the death of the other through some evil twist of fate.

Did you already publish it? Anyway, shoot (though it's getting late here - comments are likely to be delayed)

Tell me about it. I wouldn't care about the consequences of saving Miri. I want my Miri alive.

As far as I'm concern, there is no good reason why a consequence for saving your LI has to exist.

BW doesn't particularly want you to be punished thoughout the game constantly.Especially with your LI, unless you cheated.

This discussion is about Miranda and I'm not trying to keep bringing Ashley in but don't you find it a little weird how Ashley is a specter now when before she was always anti-council

I don't know how either VS meet the qualifications for being a Spectre.<_<

Which is why I want to hear BW say the VS is a Spectre, not a mag.

Don't get me wrong, I like Ashley, I just think she lacks the mental requirements to be a Spectre. Are they supposed to be chosen carefully?

Those Asari in the Citadel will tell you that the Human Councilor is pressuring the Council into accepting more human Spectres. Makes sense for the VS to be the first choice, even if they aren't incredibly qualified.

There's probably some trope for this, where everyone associated with the hero is upwardly mobile career material in their own right (i.e. just tune back in 20 years later and everyone on the Enterprise's bridge crew will have made captain, minimum).

During the Earth demo when they get saved by the normandy Ashley is wearing a  blue outfit with the Spectre logo on it. The reason why the VS is a Spectre is probably because of politics.

They had chosen Shepard because he had the qualifications and mental capacities for being a Spectre. Shepard is a Commanding Officer.

I would've expected someone with a Higher Rank becoming the next Human Spectre.

Then again the damn VS takes Miri spot in XO which I really despise.<_<
