Definitely feel Miranda would kill Rachni on 2nd occasion. She'd feel they were too much of a risk at that point to be let live.

On 1st occasion, i think her impulse would be to preserve for study. Given it was either release or kill, she might be go for release and then try and track and observe the queen.

. That's what I think

Yeah, I think on the first occasion, killing the queen seems unnecessary and a waste of both life and potential knowledge. On the other hand, just releasing and forgetting about it seems way too cavalier, given the potential dangers. Creating some sort of third option, like "release and track" probably fits Miranda the best.

Remember that the Leviathans were the ones who used the Rachni first not the Reapers. That came next.

Far better to keep it alive and track it. And terminate if necessary. You can learn a lot from them.

No offence, I was hoping to see, Ms Lawson in one of these 2 top 5, But unfortunately she didn't make it... despite the crowd really asking for her.

That´s some serious journalism right there. Makes Clark Kent a pulitzer winner....

Been listening to Trent Reznor's "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" soundtrack.

Also about a very determined lady. I didn't think it could be done but they covered Led Zeppelin and it worked.

Oh boy, that soundtrack......

My neighbors weren't happy.

Was it made specifically for the film ?

Great pic too :wizard:

Yes. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross composed it just for the film. It's exclusive to the American Version. And just like his music it's dark and mysterious (wat).

They even did all the stuff for the cover of "Immigrant Song". It's their cover and it works.

Being susceptible to two enemies is even worse.

I didn’t really like the soundtrack, it was a huge disappointment. The US version of the movie isn’t too bad, but the original is better. There’re very few films for which this isn’t the case.

We are too.

I don't think letting the Leviathans stick around is on many people's game plan here. You yourself planned on launching something into that planet of theirs.

I don't think anyone here is going to disagree.

On the topic of films I guess I need to see the Swedish version then...

I just like Trent Reznor. I even liked the soundtrack he did for The Social Network.

That soundtrack was better. He’s been kind of hit and miss since Year Zero; the remixes are often far better.

We can agree there. He hasn't been doing much since The Slip and I'm pleased that he's doing something for NIN this year (Or so he says).

But he really supports those remixes. He's really cool about Creative Commons licences.

ARE YOU SURE THAT PICTURE ISN'T OOC?

That's a great picture. I'd think that Shepard will be a bit unconscious when she finds him on the Citadel though. She might have that reaction though.

^ That's my opinion.

Hi Taboo  this time I'm feeling a little Pinky Floydy and I'm a little bit......

Uncomfortably Husked

Hello Is there anybody out there? Can anybody help me?
I'm about to be husked
Come on now, stop the s-hit going down
I can't face the pain, just want to be free again

Relax, anxiety makes it worse
Nanites in my blood
Oh god this s-hit really hurts

Can't take the pain, My life's receding
I shouldn't have come here to Horizon
Nanites flow through me like waves
My Lips move Death's rictus on my face

My skin is burning in a fever
My hands are swelling like 2 balloons
Now the nanites are in my brain
I can't explain, I cannot understand
I am no longer a man
I know I'm f-u-cked, I'm uncomfortably Husked

They said, I would feel a little pin ******
There would be no more war. And I would never again feel sick
I can't stand up, My body isn't working good
I'm a puppet in this show. My will is not my own.

Can't take the pain, My life's receding
I shouldn't have come here to Horizon
Nanites flow through me like waves
My Lips move Death's rictus on my face

My skin is burning in a fever
My hands are swelling like 2 balloons
Now the nanites are in my brain
I can't explain, I cannot understand
I am no longer a man
I know I'm f-u-cked, I'm uncomfortably Husked

Shepard looks a bit unconscious. Wonderfully captured emotion on Miranda, though.

I'm just questioning it in that regard because he's sitting in an erect position.

He's conscious enough to be holding her.

But it doesn't matter. The picture is wonderful.
