As I've said before, this has nothing to do with Destroy.
I believe there will be a great amount of resentment against Shepard (as well as against the Alliance, Council, humans, asari in general, etc, etc)  regardless of the final choice.

I guess it would be interesting if you had a Shepard badly injured but he refused Miranda's urging to 'rebuild' him; wanting to keep it all as a reminder or something. But she would understand and love him regardless.

Also, hi. I was out paintballing and now I am all bruised and tired. I don't want those injuries as a reminder.

For the record: I don't like the idea of leaving Shepard with permanent damage after the war. And Miranda hating him - why would that happen?

In an honest defense, I headcanon a High EMS Refuse/Destroy combination victory.

As for grimdark I find the idea of having a crippled Shepard to be forced. Just my opinion though.

Because it's forced emotion. It isn't natural.

Thanks. It's going to be great. It includes a gun that goes 'pew pew pew', or 'pewpewpew' if you hold down the trigger.

Doesn't actually fire anything but there are already enough guns that do that.
