I believe so, depending on the area in Australia.

. Would not surprise me, i know some accents from the same countries are radically different.  I'm from the American south east and I can't understand people from New England

Yes but she would legitimatly be a good nurse. She's already dedicated to the people she cares about. I can't think of a better care taker than her. She'll be an incredibly dedicated partner.

Eh, depends on the severity of the injury.  If it's bad enough, you know she's got to be tempted to just let them die and regrow them later...

Bring random people back to life? She wouldn't even let Shepard die, let alone randoms.

The catsuit cannot be permanently discolored. That's one of its many sophisticated elements, including dispersing all transpiration, being instantly retractable, and allowing Miranda to "blend" with bystanders, like Ezio in Assassin's Creed.

I'm sure if it can deal with sweat it can deal  with blood. Besides, the issue won't be sealing holes.

And I don't think she'd be worried about getting blood on herself if Shepard was hurt and needed her help. She wouldn't hesitate to help him.
