Well, it's obvious that Miranda can't be the SR-2 XO anymore, unless she joins the Alliance (and I really doubt that Miranda would like to join the Alliance, or that the Alliance will trust a so important former Cerberus officer to be the XO of the SR-2).
Anyway, I think Kaidan will be a fine XO. i don't know about Ashley though. (and anyway, from what we know the XO could be someone else).

I agree with Vertigo. Ash was too much of a hot head in ME1. But it's been three years, she has changed and matured. She's obviously earned her new rank. So I dunno...we'll have to wait and see I suppose.

She's too low on rank in ME2 to have become an officer in ME2 (though the Spectre thing could've help). We'll see (though in my first playthough I'll have Kaidan, and in my opinion he could be an excellen XO).
Congratulations to all Miranda's fan for the 300 pages result!

If Vega is the XO of the SR-2, I'm going to leave the SR-2's control to Joker (or EDI). I like him from what I've seen, but it was described like a soldier.

It's quite obvious that Ashley is going to be the renegade spectre. And Kaidan is going to be the paragon.
So her personality might not of changed that much. I also thought she was a little bit renegade.

Vega as XO? I kid. Again. Whoever it is, It won't be Miranda simply because of the whole Alliance thing.

I think Ashley and Kaiden are going to have very similar lines and a similar moral, the only real difference would probably be gender judging by ME2.
