Yep. Just look at the legs and her arm. That is why too thin to be natural. Its more noticable on the arm if you look at her left arm.

Let's see...

She confronted an Eclipse mercenary and met an old 'friend' on the Citadel who may be helping her or betraying her.
Was nearly killed in a Cerberus facility on Sanctum.
Encountered an Alliance Intelligence agent who tried to have her imprisoned.
Later, helped the Alliance agent when caught in a Cerberus ambush, saving his life.
Met with a salarian intelligence broker and tracker who nearly kills her.
In light of new developments, she confronts her old friend, who pleads ignorance.
Sets a few plans in motion, one regarding the Alliance agent still after her.
Infiltrated an Alliance base and helped herself to some resources.
Discovered a mysterious hub of shuttle activity that lead her to a SECRET CERBERUS FACILITY somewhere in the Iera system.

You know, just vague stuff.

I'm not sure there are any Miranda related plot threads hanging...
