She at the very least has a cannon relationship with Jacob. From the dossier you can infer that she is into casual sex. I don't see why you would have such a problem with this though. One of the greatest draws to Miranda as a character is the fact that she is a strong, assertive, independant etc etc woman and part of that is being unapolgetically sexual without conforming to our sexist societys idea that its OK for men to have casual sex but not women. Miranda is a human (maybe transhuman but thats debatable) and that means that she is going to have sexual desires but that doesnt detract at all from her character or her relationship with Shepard.

Yeah, but the only way to romance Jacob is to be FemShep. Kasumi can't be romanced by FemShep...

I guess you haven't seen the romance scene or knew that Kasumi was bi.

To be fair most of the stuff you mentioned happens after Shepard and Miranda's relationship begins as is part of her story arc of reconnecting with her...humanity I guess? Before Shepard Miranda never believed she could have any of this things family, a relationship etc but now because of Shepard she is realising that she can. So at least I interprete the housekeeping magazine not as Miranda being domesticated but exploring new possabilities she never thought possible. As with Miranda's blowing off the war to take care of her sister that is no differen then Ash blowing off Shepard in ME2 because she thought being an "alliance solider" was more important.
