Careful wording sometimes works.

There are some differences in the two scenarios, the primary ones being the scale (Maelon’s research was limited to a small group), and that the victims were volunteers. If I recall correctly, anyway.

We may have some differences regarding the significance of voluntarism, too.

Some players in the world are stupid and insulting when it comes to Miri. This is not towards any of you. It is towards those that question her gender, call her ugly (mostly by calling her MJ), etc. I'm saying this because it is a large difference between fanbase and down right stupidity. Why do they try to make us feel like we are the blind ones? Their opinions are F.U.B.A.R., if not cruel. It's the **** they say that....drives me to compulsive behavior, making me fear that I'll turn out just like them, and I do not want to be.

PS: Angry Joe can go to Hell.

Why do they try to make us feel like we are the blind ones?

It's likely they're trying to troll or just get under your skin. The best thing you can do is not let that happen. People are welcome to their opinions, however grossly-biased they may be, but letting their nuttiness ruin your day isn't a good way to go.

I'm personally neutral about Miranda. Frankly, I'm pretty blaze about many of the Mass Effect characters, particularly garrus and tali.

Shepard is an Alliance soldier. If she told him what she was doing he might feel obligated to tell his superiors about it, and she might have ex-Cerberus contacts she wants to protect.

Of course that's all speculation. I doubt the writers thought long and hard about this.

Shep is in the Lion's den. What he doesn't know can't get tortured out of him.

never watched his ME2 review. and don't see the resemblance. besides the color of hair but whatever to that

Do these haters not know who Yvonne Strahovski is? This gets under my skin every time I see or hear it. I end up fearing that I'll end up like them, causing me to go through compulsive behavior and frustration.

yeah i just learned a long time ago to ignore most ppl , some just try to start a argument for the sake of it , or troll. angry joe is funny enough but i don't agree with most of his reviews. but as i was saying., easier to ignore someone, odds are joe was trying to make a joke about it, best to just say whatever bro and be done with it.

well that is how i keep myself from turning into ppl that are haters and such . the ones you don't want to turn into i mean.

people have their right to a opinion, so don't ignore that but ignore the ones that try to start arguments idk that is just me

Behaving like this you're no better than them. But hey it's hard to respect someone else's opinion or at least try to understand their pov right? I don't know any of you here but I read this thread regularly and I can say that some of you are not very friendly to newcomers who has different opinion (I'm not talking about haters, trolls). Instead of asking them why they think that way, I see constant mocking and even insults. You see someone acting like big pillock be opposite. Show that you're better than that. Try to talk to them, maybe understand them. Trust me, this is better way to finish conflicts than falling into their game.
