He was already resurrected.

One more asspull won't make it any sillier.

The High EMS Destroy people just get this earlier.

Well Starsh*t tells Shep he will die in destroy ending even tho he doesnt.. so he sits on a throne of LIES! Lies I tell you.

Lies.

No he doesn't.

He says synthetics will be destroyed.  He asks if you can imagine your life without them, and points out that you are partly synthetic.  He never says you'll die.

Also, the EC SHOWS THAT YOU'RE DEAD.

. Not in high EMS destroy

I was talking about synthesis, and how annoying I find people who have Shepard returning in synthesis (or control).  He's dead.  You made your choice, live with it.

I am a well-documented fan of High EMS destroy.

@ramil
Nope, the VI flat out says shepard is dead.  The VI makes it clear that it's based on, but distinct from, Shep.

Well with that in mind, do you think anybody realizes that Shep is controling the Reapypoos? And what would be Miranda's response? Goodness I'd hate to be the Phoenix scientist who figured that out and had to tell her.

There was a corpse with an intact brain.  He was regrown, remember?  We've discussed this.

In C and S, there is nothing left to regrow.  He's been completely atomized.

Also, the extended endings monologue takes place over events months to years in the future, and Shepard is still dead at those points.

He's dead.  Get over it.

I don't mean to offend anyone who likes control or synthesis, but If ME4 is made it has to use destroy as canon, it would be bad business otherwise

I think that bringing Shepherd back would cheapen the Control/Synthesis endings. His death fits them.

No thanks. I've made peace with my ending.

I'd rather have a Phoenix Scientist tell my Shepard and Miranda that studying a Reaper corpse has made a break through in FTL travel.

Who cares about FTL travel?  Dark Matter isn't hurting anyone, use the relays.

I'd rather an alliance officer tell Shepard and Ashley that Miranda sent them a postcard.

From prison.

Prison for TERRORISTS!!~

Well we can effectively double FTL travel speed by studying the Reapers. They move at 30 LY a day. That's more than double than what the Universe has now, 12 LY per day.

I'd say that's a big improvement.

^ Shepard makes that horrid face in that dialogue though.

"Don't know. Don't care" is the middle option I think.

Far less...weird.

I just finished uploading the first two chapters of my post destroy fan fiction, Mass Effect: Reconstruction. I'd greatly appreciate it if any of you would review it. I can't get links to work, but if you would please find it I would greatly appreciate any feedback. https://www.fanficti...storyid=8537270

^ Oh dear...

What matters is how they feel. And she knows it.

Far less...Simpsons-esque.

I don't believe you Ghost.

I do believe that Oleg is supposed to be a little less insane than people like Kai Leng correct?

Read "Invasion". Oleg is even less of an extremist than Miranda in the sense that he is not as willing to sacrifice people.
Oleg Petrovsky is a calm, collected, intelligent and cultured man with great knowledge of military tactis of old Earth. He believes in protecting humanity without showing any indication of xenophobic beliefs. He shows respect and care for all he comes across, humans or aliens, and attempts to minimize casualties whenever possible going so far as to forbid certain strategies due to the danger they posed to both his men and the civillians of Omega. However, when backed against a wall, he was willing to destroy Omega level by level (after evacuation, of course).
His faith in TIM is shattered during the course of the comic.

In resume, Oleg Petrovsky is ridiculously awesome and I hope Bioware shows this character the respect he deserves if they do write him into the DLC.

^ HA!

That sounds just the kind of person Bioware DOESN'T want in ME3!

. Hmmmmm an interesting Cerberus character?  Who isn't a space NASDP!  We can fix that, and make more Liara specific content while we are at it

^ Ugh the suggestion of that...

No from what I've read he seems to be a very interesting man. He sounds like the thing Cerberus should be.

You know, not insane.

I suppose we'll find out. He sounds like a good guy to put into a post war organization.

That is if Bioware chooses not to kill him.

. TIM was a good character as well, Kai Leng in the books was interesting.  Look how they ended up

I am a fan of how TIM went deeper into madness in ME3, especially by the very end. Martin Sheen's acting was great.

That isn't quite what I mean. I've personally always felt TIM was doomed out of story necessity. It's simply too convenient.

I wasn't surprised at what happened to him in ME3. I won't lie to you. If everyone dies in the SM a cutscene plays with Cerberus ships going through the relay. At least I think that's the case.

Of course a lot of things go funny once Mac Walters get involved.

Kai Leng has always been a bad example.

. I think he had a good arc, it just wasn't examined in enough detail.  He was just all of a sudden BAM indoctrinated
