I loathe them. They do nothing but condemn Shepard, then beg him to help when the going gets tough.

Plus their opinions are unacceptable. They need to be dealt with. Luckily, the Reaper variant that sneaks aboard kills them and many of the more conservative elements of the crew. In fact, only Joker, the engineers, Michel, and Traynor survive. Cortez is flying the shuttle. Every other alliance crewman is killed. 

That way, I can get the Cerberus crew back, and get the Normandy respec'd to the Cerberus standard.

Project Phoenix is a go.

Given that you're murdering them rather than just firing them, why bother changing the name?  Ceberus 2.0 is a go yo.

I don't think she looked as nice in ME 3 as she does in ME 2. Her hair seems...flatter, somehow. Her face seems a little less defined.

Frankly, that happened to a few characters. Anderson's face looked kind of...bumpy. Kelly's hair looked better in ME 2. Liara didn't look as nice as she did in LotSB.
