I've tried ME on PC the only good thing I found was the better graphics due to texture mods. I'm fine with it on xbox

Ditto. Xbox is how I roll.

Console gaming is definitely limited compared to PC gaming though.

I really only do it because Xbox fits just about everything and it has Halo. I pretty much have to play it for Halo.

. Halo is what put me on to Xbox, Halo 4 looking goodB).  I'm trying to put together funds to get a new Xbox, and to get a better wifi connection so I get back online.

I've lost a lot of interest in Halo in recent years. I'm getting 4, but it's just not going to be the same for me. I'd honestly sell all my games just to have another ME Trilogy with Shepard (and Miranda).

Have this one do the dark energy thing.

The whole base premise of the series is that of order vs chaos: it matters not in the medium as it is shown, as is with Organic vs Synthetic, or Nature vs Technology as it would be expressed.

There are plenty of other ways to do this. In fact this is the premise of my post ending fanfic.

I'm glad all that morning business is taken care of. I apologize as I hadn't medicated myself as I had yet to pick up my prescription. Loopier than usual I was.

On topic, I would expect this box set to be "bare bones". That is to say it will come with the games and that's it. Don't expect fifty dollars worth of DLC in it.

If you guys want to do something Skype related tonight I won't be on until a little past 8:00 PM MST. Again, if we didn't scare katcrave it would be nice to see if we can get her to meet Babs.

And we need a picture and I have none.

Is there a way to continue my ME1 romance in ME3 without killing Miranda at Sanctuary if I romance her in ME2?

If only Bioware had allowed Miranda on that final push against the Reapers I wouldn't have this problem. I'm close to giving up on actually getting any good stuff regarding Miranda for ME3 as far as DLC goes.:(

She will die if you aren't careful. There's a loophole though. If you stay with her on the Citadel conversation but lock into something before the apartment scene she'll survive.

As for DLC I'd start the head canon now.

Nope, not scared off yet ;) Though I probably can't join tonight cause I gots plans. But I'm free pretty much all weekend if you guys wanted to plan on something!

Yeah I'm definitely tempted to buy the trilogy pack. Because of the premium foil box. That's totally worth 60$... but in all seriousness, I guess its a good thing for ps3 players.

We can communicate about future chats if you so wish. I think it would probably be rather simply done. If you're online and someone starts a chain we'll ask you to join in.

We can get the whole gang together and cause some real problems.

I had a burrito for lunch today. I took a photo of it and thought of all of you.

To be sure I'm clear:

Be committed to ME1 LI before apartment scene, and avoid "staying over" and I'm good with her staying alive as long as I meet her all three time, Kai Leng info, etc.?

LOL

Miranda: Hey Shep wanna stay over? I got a new bra...
Shep: I should go :pinched:

As for DLC's, I'm honestly madder about that getting screwed on ME2 LI's than I am the endings. We get to see Tali's face, and Kaiden lovers can romance him, but I can't have Miranda join me for one damned mission? The retaking of Earth and my 90-hour story climax?

Don't worry. If you head canon it right the endings can be full of climaxes. You can even have new bras for Miranda if you wish.

Hey so I've kinda been away from BSN, and Bioware in general for quite some time although I heard about the up coming Omega DLC being officially announced, but a few dreams this past week have kinda made me check the forums etc. They both feature Miranda- no not those kind of dreams sickos

The first dream was brief flashes of Omega DLC, as seen through the camera work of your typical Bioware cut scene: The scene takes place on Omega
- Shepard and hsi squad enter a dimly lit room with sporadic crates for cover. The gist fo the scene was that Shepa nd co. were vastly outnumbered by an enemy I could not see. They were going to be overun right before several explosions wipe out most of the enemies. The camera pans to a large vent blasted open. Out of it comes Miranda leading Thane and Grunt, although in my head I figured it was the whole ME 2 squad. Shots fly back and forth- dream ends. She also is wearing armor that matches the color scheme of the original catsuit.

Summary of Dream 1: Shepard gets saved by Miranda leading the ME 2 squad.

-Dream 2: (on a different night)
This is from a DLC that heavily features Miranda, she is on some mission by herself both personal and professional in tone.. There is extensive dialogue , with the wheel involved where the choices altered the tone , theme and outcome fo the scene.but I cannot remember what is said. Her suit is the colors of the catsuit but is not skin tight nor is hexagonal. I remember there was a white, almost sterile hall way, with bluish tint around the edges of the scene.

tldr for Dream 2: a fully fledged Miranda DLC

So what do you guys think of those scenes, woudl they be good or bad? Would be rpetty crazy if they showed up in an dlc.
Is this a sign of things to come, or just plain dreaming of awesomeness that will never develop.  I never had a Mass Effect dream before.

Idk.. just thought I would share those with you guys. That is all.

A little question that has been bugging me,

If you let Miranda shoot Niket, she says " i'll miss you........figuratively speaking"

What did she mean by that ?

I'm pretty sure it means she'll miss him. I don't let her shoot him. There's no reason to. He dies anyway. You might as well let her realize that shooting everyone isn't always a good idea. And she's very grateful that you stopped her.

I never let her shoot him either.....

But why does she say figuratively speaking ? Shouldn't she say "literally" ?

Literally speaking, she will not miss him (i.e., the bullet will hit).
Figuratively speaking, she will (i.e. she will be sad he is gone).

I get excited about it simply because it makes it look like it's shot with 35mm film stock. It's a neat addition. I suppose it takes a certain person to appreciate it from an aesthetic point of view though. That's actually one of my nitpicks with ME3 on consoles. No film grain.

The ENB mod has it, and I think the FXAA does too.
