What part of my drawing made her look overweigbt? Was it her mid section, her legs?

Damn I feel like I pissed so many people off by showing that drawing. Wasn't my intention.

Apparently you missed the point of constructive criticism...

Largely her legs...but I could point out other areas as well.

Tbh....I am too damn nervous to draw another Miranda picture. If I make her thinner, what are the odds of any of you saying she's too thin. What if she is too short or too tall? I thought it was ok for artists to exaggerate sometimes. I didn't know that I had to draw a character exactly how he/she appears.

The concept is going completely over your head. This is suppose to help your drawing skills, if no one offers criticism, good or bad, how are you suppose to get better? If she is drawn too skinny, chances are people will comment on that too. People will critique your art, positively or negatively, it's part of being an artist. It comes with the package...

Why do you always think everyone is trying to hate on you? Unless your intention was to make Miranda appear larger (as in weight) than she actually is, she is drawn incorrectly, in reference to her actual appearance. If you meant for her to look larger, then its fine. But regardless, criticism is good. It helps improve in the future.

It is okay to exaggerate sometimes, but to make a hot character fat like you did? That's not exaggerating, that's just lack of talent.

Tbh I wasn't drawing her from an original picture. It was supposed to be like conc,ept art. I wasn't drawing for complete likeness. If I was drawing for more likeness, the drawing would most certainly not look like that. It would look like a sketch made of graphite.

I wasn't trying to make her look fat. It wasn't my intedntion. It was just a mistake. And I do have talent.

What does that have to do with your drawing? We are not commenting on your "reputation", we are talking about your drawing. If we were talking about the former, this conversation would be largely different.

What does that have to do with your drawing? We are not commenting on your "reputation", we are talking about your drawing. If we were talking about the former, this conversation would be largely different.

Well I figured if someone "hated" me so much, they would also channel that hate as spite when it comes to my drawings. Perhaps they believe in not appreciating a drawing created by someone they loathe. Again, it's just a concern.
