I can't see my Shepard calling her anything but Miranda or Miss Lawson. He says the latter in an almost...affectionate manner.

And it's totally, totally in character for him to say it. :)

Would she have one for Shepard?

Well, she does have "commander" which is always fun :P

Other than that, i see her calling him simply Shepard......Maybe something else when she is desperate on him.

Maybe in your case she could give him the surname "mr. Bowie" ;)

There is his first name, but she uses this VERY rarely. It's John for me of course.

Well I can imagine Miranda calling my Shepard, Tom, in a teasing/affectionate manner

I have question,

Something i suppose most would agree with is the lack of confrontation between Miranda and her father was very frustraing.

How would you've liked it go. What would've liked her or him to say to eachother ?

My Shepard's name is Thomas too. I'd have lol'd if she had called him that or had the capacity to do so.

. More yelling and referencing things that nobody else would know about, such as things that happened before Miranda left

Supported.

And no, I don't really see any nicknames working for Miranda in any capacity, by anyone. Currently existing one ("Randa" as said by Oriana) notwithstanding.

General terms of endearment, maybe.

Oh man. I have him surviving (Shepard arrests him) and post-war he comes back and causes all sorts of grief.

He heads a new group with a new identity ala Terra Firma and is still obsessed with reclaiming his legacy.

I'm thinking of implementing him having a twisted group of people who are his "children" who follow his ideal's and they all want to bring Miranda and Oriana in under his influence again. They are his only real children.

He still tries to murder Miranda in the same manner from Chuck were Timothy Dalton's daughter tried to kill Sarah in the season 4 finale. Toxic weapon, and Shepard goes on a rampage across the galaxy for a cure.

Shepard has some harsh words for him though. As does Oriana. Miranda is terrified of the man, but Oriana, never having dealt with him isn't and is repulsed by the man who caused her sister so much pain. Shepard is plain violent. He lets him know who he (shepard) is and he's known to tell the council, the alliance, TIM, even the Reapers to **** off, all successfully. Mr. Lawson is a little man compared to Shepard.

He doesn't get the message though. He'll have to be put down eventually.

In news that may shock you...

As I said previously, I'd have lol'd had Miranda called him that.

Oh boy. This is one of those things I could rant on for hours.

I'll just say that Lawson was built up to be an incredibly dangerous and menancing figure and in the end, came out only as a stunted pathetic weakling.

I was expecting someone like Viktor from the Underworld series (and if they had actually gotten Bill Nighy I'd have needed a cigarette after) and instead I got... that weak little worm that hides behind a teenager and then dies like a ****.

In any sane, logical world, Miranda would've crushed that snivelling snot in her sleep.

He's a coward and dies like one. I can't think of a more fitting end for him then lying broken and bloody on the floor like so many of the children he threw away.

The "Menace" comes from influence, Miranda states this.

"He's a very influential man."

He's nothing more than a groveling piece of ****.

I would also like to see him get torn apart by the husks he creates.

Shepard holds Miranda close and keeps her from watching as his screams slowly die away.

I would have liked to see a more of Henry Lawson in general. As it stands, he's a rather pathetic villain. Concerning the confrontation specifically, perhaps some references to Miranda and Henry's past with each other. I could see him taunting her, especially about any percieved failures on her part.

Influence is not gained through weakness.

This is NOT what we were presented with in ME2. Though I agree as to his ultimate demise (in a karmic retribution kind of way), the battle with Lawson should've been harrowing to an inch of their lives. Not in any physical sense mind you but in psychological attacks and torments.

I said he was a coward. I never said he was weak. There's a difference. He's more than willing to threaten others to get what he wants but put into the light himself he panics.

In the end he's nothing more than a man in a suit. No different from a mob boss or Board Executive.

You didn't have to say he was weak. ME3 made him weak.

And that weakling couldn't threaten a fly, much less Miranda. It's a huge inconsistency, and an even bigger disappointment.

What we heard of him in ME2 doesn't present him as a coward either.

I certainly never got that impression. I saw a man who used his influence to get what he wanted that's all. I never understood the glamorization by people on here.

I mean, these kinds of guys always turn out to be sniveling little ****s. Hide behind the money, hide behind the power, hide behind the person.

Faced with death he panics like every other goon. He could harm Miranda from a distance but close up he's just another boob in a suit.
