No, cyborg.  EDI's a robot, Miranda is a cyborg.  A mix of biological and artificial.

She's synthesis basically.

...that actually explains this entire thread!  I feel like Lex Luther at the end of All-Star Superman!

The point behind all this is that any interpretation that does not flat out contradict canon is valid.

Some will of course be more outlandish than others.

You can accept or reject any of them. There are no absolutes.

I was already accused of of that when I said it.

Kindly go back and re-read and don't just get on the bandwagon.

There's a reason why Taboo said you were trying to pick fights as usual. Unlike what you think, I didn't jump the bandwagon, I was reading what was going on.

You read something you didn't like, something that was true by the way,  and you replied trying to offend Taboo. You didn't offend him I'm sure, Taboo knows who he is and he's open minded enough to know that sexuality is not an issue, but that was your intention.

EDI is an AI with a mobile platform.

And Kasumi is a cyborg as well (graybox).

Sure you can also have the theory that she is a cyborg. You can also have the theory that everyone in the universe are just cyborgs, created by Adam and Eve. You are free to make a fool out of yourself for the vast majority.

It might be unlikely for Miranda to ever have a romantic relationship with a female, but there is nothing that contradicts it and therefore it's a possible prediction of her future.
Given the right circumstances, you can make a believable story out of it (example jtav)

except for the part where YOU CAN'T ROMANCE HER IF YOU'RE A WOMAN you're totally right.  Except for that HUGE GAMEPLAY MECHANIC, there's absolutely nothing to suggest that she's not into girls.

Not carefully enough it seems. Try again.

Here, I'll spare you the scrolling:

Burden of proof? It's a character interpretation. As long as it does not contradict canon (and there is no definitive answer on Miranda's orientation) it's valid. I don't know if jtav's version does or not, I didn't read it.

And if you don't correct them, people will be justified in imagining you're bi (based on your last comment). Has
nothing to do with what you actually are, but how people can interpret you.

It does contradict canon. Remember the dossiers? No ladies champ. You're picking fights like you always do.

She was presented as heterosexual for a reason. Any indication otherwise is not only contradicting canon but it's offensive.

Sexuality is a finite concept, it isn't open to interpretation. You are or you aren't. Do you want me to call in the Steve people?

That was my first post and Taboo's reply. My "sensitve spot" comment came after.

But please, don't let facts stop you. Do go on, telling me my intentions.

In ME1 you can't romance Kaidan as a man. That mean he's totally straight... oh wait.

He must've "turned" between ME1 and ME3 right krukow?

Just because she rejects a woman in the year 2183, doesn't mean it's completely impossible that she rejects one in the future.

As I have made clear, I don't think sexuality is that kind of fundamental and completely unable to change after puberty. It doesn't even have to change completely. Given FemSheps dialogue one could also say the tendencies have always been there.

Actually you can.

I can call the Kaidan and Steve people in here. They'd be more than happy to tell you what's up. They can do so far better than I can.

Mods or console commands don't count. The content was cut, thus not in official canon.

Unless they patched it back into the trilogy edition. That I wouldn't know about.

I don't either of us are qualified to discuss it to be honest. I've always been told that Kaidan was Bisexual and this was shown to be the case in ME3. I'll drop the matter here.

But we'll have to wait and see. I'm not buying the Trilogy Edition.

I AM aware that for PS3 players they will be patching ME1 and ME2 to allow for imports though. That you can look up in the Forums here. PS3 technical I believe.

I never did get why a conversion tool wasn't made available for PS3 players to download and use ME saves.

Either that they played themselves on other systems or gotten from the internet.

I know nothing about this but I'm going out on a limb here so bear with me.

Are the saves "saved" in the same manner for the PS3? You can do things via PC and Xbox but I know nothing about the PS3.

Also you might have some licensing issues there. I'll be interested in seeing how they licensed the game from Microsoft. Probably a sub-license. Microsoft will still make money off of it.

Not sure about the technical details (which would be solved by a converter) but it may have been licensing.

Stupid since neither Microsoft nor Bioware gained anything by restricting it.
