See, I was actually really satisfied with Mordin's role in ME3 and I wouldn't change it. The way he hums as he saves the Krogan and blows up is friggen great and deeply touching.

And, yes, I shed big, manly tears whenever I see Thane's death scene. The line about praying for me gets me good.

I second legion, actually, although he had some pretty cool screne time in ME3, it certainly needed work. And committing suicide to bring AI to all other geth makes 0 sense. I study AI, and the fact that some writer pulled this out of their buttocks makes me rather angry.

It means Synthesis will occur at some point. This sequel would be set so far in the future no one would know if Shepard enacted it or not. That way your canon still stays intact.

It WILL happen but not within Shepard and Miranda's lifetimes. They'll be long dead.

Shepard and Miranda have what...one hundred and fifty years together if you're generous? Implants and Genes respectivly?

They'll be long dead before Space Grandpa delivers his message to the young boy in the Stargazer scene.

Why do anything past that? Your Shepard story is what's being discussed, not how Pinnochio becomes an eventuality in the future.

And here's Shepard once again, staring at her cleavage...

And in my headcanon, stargazer is a damn hallucination on Shepard's part.

That's its only saving grace. Willing to tolerate it for the beauty of the foreshadowing.

I'd seen it. I don't think the glass even smashes...they just fall off-screen TO THEIR DEATH.

p.s. the Sanctuary chapter is coming along, but it is currently over 4k words and Kai Leng hasn't even shown up. But at least she has killed a Ravager and is enacting a plan to trap a Banshee (a little nod to the ingame scenario). This is one loooong chapter (by my standards).

In mentioning your nod to the trapped banshee, is there a way to kill that thing? I kinda feel like I should be able to vent plasma into the room or something along those lines... never managed to find a usable switch or valve tho.

Doesn't Cronos have some sort of lethal laser thing in one of the labs? I seem to remember something involving the timing of pressing a button to be able to get through/into the room.

Oh, I think it was on Mars maybe. Some sort of decontamination measure, where there are lasers that swing across the room and you have to stop them at the right time.

And while I'm here, has anyone seen the new Dexter trailer featuring a glimpse of Yvonne Strahovski? Could be...interesting.

I think it's supposed to be Oriana heroically sacrificing her life to stop her father's madness but it came across more as "Two people killed in tragic accident after old man trips over own feet."
