I'll get one eventually dawg. Everyone else who is one Skype knows all the sordid details. If you weren't so busy talking sports we could talk Miranda till the cows came home.

My problem is that I move in different circles. When it's Skype primetime for you guys, I'm usually on Xbox playing. I usually get on after the call is over and everyone has gone off to do something else.

Seven or eight MST. I can talk to you right now if you'd like.

Mr. Massakka asked once as well. I can do both. That is if he isn't talking German with his friend right now.

My problem is that my patterns don't jive with everyone else. When it's Skype primetime for you guys, I'm usually on Xbox playing. I usually get on after the call is over and everyone has gone off to do something else.

I invite you to parties all the time on XBL, and you ignore them.

Make them jive.

I'm done with Call of Duty. I bought MW3 and proceeded to give it away to my little brother about a month later. What an awful game. MW3 being so terrible is actually how I got into Mass Effect, I gave my game away and needed something else to play so I bought Mass Effect 2 off the PSN Store for 30 bucks and thought "This is a pretty good game." and then found out the sequel was coming out in like 2 months too.

So in essence, **** you COD.

Each CoD game of the last 5 years for me has had something I liked about it. MW4 was an amazing game. I really liked it a lot. The MP was innovative and fun, the gameplay was excellent and fluid, and the story was gripping and definitely had me on the edge of my seat. I played the crap out of it.

WaW had a decent, if rehashed story, and it brought Zombies onto the playing field, and it had the best maps for it.
MP was a waste thought.

MW2 had an even better SP (from my PoV) story, but the mp was lame and I had no interest in SpecOps.
Michael Myers was unconventional game though.

BO had an interesting though predictable SP, killed Zombies, and I didn't even bother with MP.

MW3 I played the campaign once, then did another couple missions to maximize my achievements, then put the game on the shelf, where it has rested ever since. Didn't even go into the MP or SpecOps.

I have no interest in BO2.

I think Call of Duty has just gotten too grandiose and ridiculous.

I still hold the opinion that Call of Duty 2 was the best in the series. It was very bare-bones, and I loved that.

I much prefer BF and Halo. I'm not really interested in Halo 4 though.

I've said before I'd trade in every game I own for another Mass Effect trilogy with Shepard at the helm once more.

And my whole DVD collection for another Season (and a movie) of Chuck. Ditto with Firefly.

I'd do it in a heartbeat as well, though there would have to be...changes, if you catch my drift.

I've always preferred Halo to Call of Duty, but Halo's problem is that it is turning in Call of Duty with each release. That's why I cried sad tears when Halo 2's multiplayer got the axe.

Still, I have hope for an anniversary edition in 2014.

Now that's why I never meet the sessions!... 7-8pm MST is 11am here.

All said and done, I'd still give ME3 8/10, there's not much wrong with the game, it just did not live up to expectations. Maybe 9/10 with EC

It's an 8 with the EC. Too much annoying stuff that wasn't there before. The autodialogue, for one. And cringe-worthy writing in places, where - as opposed to ME2 - you couldn't avoid it. The thematic problems with the endings the EC didn't address.

All said and done ME3 gets a 7/10. And I'm doing this because it's painful for me to go any lower for a Mass Effect game. EC improves it to a 7.5/10.

I have way to many nitpicks for the game. The ending still sucks, though it's tolerable now on High EMS Destroy.

Depending on how it was implemented, a high EMS Refuse victory could boost it up to a 9/10 for me.

YOU haven't heard about the burrito yet! Everyone must hear that story.

You're probably in class then I would take it yes?

Fresh coat of paint (lol fresh paint of coat) on a Ford Pinto. That's how I equate it. The comparison is uncanny.

For reference:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Pinto

"Controversy followed the Pinto after 1977 allegations that the
Pinto's structural design allowed its fuel tank filler neck to break off and the fuel tank to be punctured in a rear-end collision, resulting in deadly fires from spilled fuel."

Mass Effect 3 endings are the Pinto's fuel tank.

. It is worse in comparison to ME and ME2, but it is still good on its own

Seems like I am missing quite a lot without participating in the Skype sessions^^

I would have no problem staying up into the night and pull myself to school with an hour of sleep, but 11am is either school or excessive sleeping time.

Maybe I will join next week though. I have holidays where I can manage sleeping properly. Would love to hear the story about the burrito :D

EVERYONE MUST HEAR ABOUT THE BURRITO.

Also we do talk about Miranda in there so it's not all stories from being on the job.

How women are portrayed is a popular topic of discussion. What she does, what she says, how she acts around Shepard.

I'd like one villain that just doesn't like Shepard because he doesn't like Shepard, not because he's under control of Reapers.

Vasir. And come to think of it, the Shadow Broker, though the case can be made that it's never a matter of "like" with him.

In the case of the former the feeling is very much mutual as far as I'm concerned.

I'd pick synthesis (in a non-canon playthrough) just to resurrect Vasir and tear her apart, possibly repeatedly.

If that's the case, I'd be more like the Skype call "court jester." I'd be there for comic relief.

I do say the more the merrier, but having any more than 4-5 people feels rather hectic on a regular skype chat.

Absolutely. I really enjoyed that one call I was in, even though my mic was picking up my voice, or something.

I felt enlightened after listening to it.

Not really. We get quite a bit done. The only real issue was that guy from Sussex who isn't on the BSN. That was weird.

Everyone voices opinions, some are just less talkative than others. Depending on how the night goes we can have more women than men.

I have been too, but that's not by choice. I have a hard time interjecting my opinion into a discussion. Don't know when my proper entry point is.

Also, as I have said before, I am a very shy boy.

True, but like I said, I have a hard time figuring out when I want to jump in. I don't like stepping on toes or interrupting people; that (interruptions) bothers me greatly.

Don't worry, I always let the other person talk first. Anyone who's been on Skype knows that. If you want to say something you will get your chance. And if we talked at the same time I'll always let you go first. Always.

Once I get my new laptop (looking like January), I may join you guys on Skype.
