Simple solution....don't resist.

;)

As Oscar Wilde said: "The only way to get rid of temptation is to yield to it..."

HAHAHAAH i failed - chosen Miranda already!!!!!

Couldn't do it.

Soon as I saw her I was like "**** - this isn't gonna go as planned"

I can't muster even the sligthest bit of excitment for Andromeda.

Mass Effect 3, in general, was terrible. The comics since are unspeakable. The game won't even have Miranda.

I know what you mean.

Honestly, whenever I get excited of Mass Effect by thinking about 1 and 2, I quickly get turned off when thinking of 3.

And now the next game takes away the 2 things I loved most: Miranda and the Milky Way.

I'm still keeping my ears open to see where they go, call it morbid curiosity.

I want it to be good, I really do, I just sincerely don't believe it will be.

And there are comics ?....You must be mistak....

Oh right....Foundation. Eurg!

To be fair though, Miranda was lucky enough to be pretty decently drawn, sometimes even really good like this one:

I didn't find out until much later that Mir is a MILF.

I believe Shep is 4 years younger than her.

On the one hand, yes this is a decent image. On the other hand, there's her pictures in Genesis 2, which are pretty awful all around, either giving her horrific butterface or just making her look unappealing. I'm not sure if Genesis 2 Miranda or Genesis 1 Wrex looks worse.

1. Miranda has no children.

2. Where do you come from that 4 years is enough of a gap to make the distinction between MILF or not?

Rofl, I forgot Wrex's ****** head.

Really at this point I'm just glad Miranda at least got some good visual representation in some comics.

Though I think the one that holds the crown for worse drawing is Ashley from foundation:

I still have nightmares from it....

I consider any sexy female that's at least late twenties a MILF

It sucks to leave the Milky Way and Miranda without really knowing what she's up to and if Shep is besides her, but we always knew we would have to let the character go - eventually; but hey, at least we will always have the original trilogy for that Miri fix, or at least the last two games.

Yup, I really like ME3, maybe more than its antecessor.

You know, Miranda is funny.

I have seen many fanfictions that portray as this really humorless person who speaks in a very mechanic manner but really, she is full snide remarks and dry humor.

"Not anymore.

Or two in your case.

The asari are accusing us of arrogance. This might be a first.

I don't think the galaxy could handle two Shepards. Think of the property damage."

... This is a thing? Are people really that blind to her humor? She doesn't quite spout off the witty one-liners like Jimmy Carr does, but she isn't a slouch in that department.

or at least the last two games.

Or at least just the Citadel DLC, because otherwise Miranda has around 15 minutes of screentime in a 30-hour game.

and it's not exactly worthwhile screentime either.

I'm happy leaving my Shep and Miranda, my headcanon of their actions post game would never be replicated and if they did return to MW no doubt it would be canonised that she died. So please Bioware stay in Andromeda.

I really dislike ME3 not just for what it tried to do to Miranda, ME2 now there's a game i'd take with me to a desert island to replay.

Ashley was my first playthrough's LI. *ugh*. I question my decision making capabilities often.

Cheated on Liara with Miranda on the second and then stuck with Miranda later.

On my current playthrough, it's Liara (in the middle of ME3 right now).

Miranda is my favorite (and happened to be the one where I played as Vanguard). Yes, it's the 'looks', the 'biotics', the 'leadership', the 'perfectness' that is alluring but the dry wit and the adamantine femininity with a small mushy core are just

Jack will probably be my next playthrough's LI. Jack's good too. I like her character.

At least the Citadel DLC starts with Shepard and Miranda already as a couple, unlike ME2 where you obviously need to work your way with her, because after the love scene, there's no more interactions, and the DLC certainly made ME3 much - much better to me while giving some new layers to the romance.

Yeah, maybe it's better this way; I won't lie, a brief codex mention saying that Shepard retired from the Alliance with Miranda would have been nice, if Andromeda is set after the ME3.

Yeah Citadel certainly adds new layers to the romance, which was very beneficial. Though i've grown to dislike the clone business, especially after Mac's awful comic series which tried to make a liar of Miranda.

I don't see my Shep retiring anywhere. Him and Miranda have too much to do in the post ending turmoil, someone else would get it wrong. So i wouldn't like the prospect of a game set immediately after or codex entries that inferred Shep's retirement from Galactic involvement.

That "not anymore", starring down on Wilson's dead body was the moment I fell in love with her. I just love dry dark humor like that  :P

I don't think I'll ever quite get over the fact Miranda isn't a squadmate in ME3.

I vaguely remember her being on the table at one point early-on in development (Jack too). Something about her model having carry spots for weapons, indicating that she would have been a selectable squadmate because she would have been able to use different weapons.

This is hearsay on my end though, I never bothered to verify the truth of those statements, so they could be false. But assuming it is true, it makes me wonder why they decided to cut Miranda and Jack as potential squadmates despite already laying down the groundwork for it.

To cater to the infinitesimal percentage of ME2 players who got them killed in the Suicide Mission. These playthroughs were of course *special*.

Bioware needs some lessons on supply, demand and economics.

Jack I can actually kind of understand, her death in ME2 is rather easy to come across unless you prepare for everything beforehand. Jack and Thane both die rather easily in ME2. Miranda, on the other hand, outright won't ever die at all until the final push, and that's only if you've lost her loyalty or never gained it.
