Anyway, less tangential **** and more Miranda:
Fine by me.

The last one is NSFW, so under spoiler tags.
Somebody mod those for me, plz.
I mean, us. Yeah.
I really wish Miranda's death scene in ME3 was handled better (but then I wish that literally everything in that game was handled better). It was sad, sure, but it didn't feel like it... Like it flowed very well, for lack of a better way to put it. It just felt off. I guess probably because she dies from her injuries despite not having a single actual wound on her entire body, save for a scratch on her cheek. Tbh, none of the deaths in ME3 really affected me, not even Mordin's. Thane's is especially dumb to me, considering how Biower totally changed the way his disease works and Biower gave him the idiot ball before he fought Kai Leng.
The bit under spoiler tags is my opinion on death scenes in another game, and why I think it works much better than anything in ME3.

Miranda never dies in my playthroughs. ![]()
I only played the game once or twice, but Miri never died.

I wish they'd spent a little less time on her death path and a little more on the stays alive scenario.

Remember how some people on here thought her death was done better than her survival and thus Bioware must've "wanted" the death? But yeah, it's fair to say that every aspect of Miranda in ME3 could've used a whole lotta improving. I've never seen the death scene outside of youtube videos but I suppose it's not bad as far as death scenes go. As for her wounds she could be bleeding internally but more clothing damage would've been nice (you know, to indicate a fight... and nothing else). Otherwise, Thane's death was kinda dumb but they gave him a good sendoff afterwards with saying goodbye at the hospital. And Mordin was well done. Feels were definitely hit.
Otherwise if you really want to feel a death in a video game, play The Darkness. Or inFamous 2 (also for an example of how to do a bittersweet destruction of the setting ending without last second asspulls that come out of nowhere)
Putting Miranda in an alliance uniform is just wrong in my book.
Yeah, but can't argue with the color-scheme though. The white trim on the catsuit looks nice. Though of course, you could make the black catsuit with all the colors of the rainbow for its trim and I'd still dig it. The armor sucks, as always. Has no one ever put Miranda in an ME3 Ashley style armor?

Can you have modded 3d models in ME3? You'd have to mod Ashley's armor model so that it fits Miranda in order to put Miranda in Ashley-style armor, *and* make Miranda use it. Given how the outfits are tied to the characters, maybe you'd even need to mod Miranda's body model. I don't think it can be done in ME3, since all modded outfits I've seen so far are retextures.

Me neither, but I've still seen the scene and it's still pretty lackluster,

This is what I like about it. The white accents on the navy blue suit are hnnnng
My favourite Miranda outfit is definitely Jean-Luc's mod in ME2:

I love the stripe pattern and hiding the chest with a t-shirt.

I actually just stumbled on a mod that does just that:

Btw, very happy that there is renewed activity here.

I meant just an image. I had no expectation for a game mod. If I was going to mod Miranda a new outfit for my game it'd be the black catsuit sans logo.
Of course Lawrence's link one ups us anyway lol.

The corduroy texture makes the white suit bearable (at least it no longer reminds me of fast food). I still prefer the black, but it's nice regardless.
And for Ashley's armor I meant the armor, not the outfit. But still, holy great find on that link Batman! Texmod and all that crap seemed far too complicated to bother with for a simple outfit change. But this is great. Any chance you could find a black suit mod of similar ease of use?

lol, there seems to be exactly just that:

Hmm, still needs texmod. But **** it. Next time I do a canon run I'm using it. Thanks, Lawrence!
this thread is still alive?!
this thread is still alive?!
So it would seem.
When you get Miranda's loyalty mission, Shepard has the "What do you need me to do?" line followed by Miranda's "Rescue her" line. I've only been able to get this in my first playthrough of ME2, and never since. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm determined to get it this time. Can someone tell me what I'm missing here?
I don't recall this exactly, but loyalty mission dialogue can differ based on whether or not you exhausted Miranda's regular conversation options before you get the loyalty mission dialogue or not. I don't think there's any other divergence.

Soooo, do or don't exhaust her conversation options?
She does do good in-game shots:

God, I love that armor !
I'm still so happy Bioware made that armor.

I did some extensive research trying to answer your question but unfortunately I couldn't find an answer, sorry.
Hope you found a solution.
