Garrus is not loyal in my solution.
And Fluto didn't say that he want to do every loyalty mission.

The first combat trailer showed Shepard giving a Cerberus mook a backhand slap with Incinerate I suppose that other party members could do the same thing with cryo blast.

If Miranda retains her Cerberus Officer spec, or something equivalent to it I don't think I'll be using Kaiden much at all I've never really found a need to have a normal Sentinel in the party. The health and damage bonus that Miranda gives in ME2 is what makes her a mainstay in my party. Of course this makes me wonder how anything got done on the Normandy with it's XO groundside all the time:

Miranda: But my reports-

Shepard: Can wait.

Miranda: (sighs) You know I'm starting to think that you just enjoy having me around.

Shepard: Well that and you're so useful in a firefight.

I like to take my time between missions, so she can finish paperwork.
My Shepard can enjoy having her around during missions and during free time.

@Filuto:
Here's how you do it with all LMs done:

(1) No ship upgrades
(2) Don't recruit Zaeed (see 11 below how to kill him after the SM)
(3) Fail Samara's LM by tipping Morinth off.
(4) Lose Legion's loyalty by siding with Tali
(5) Oculus: select Kasumi + Legion for the squad (so Tali dies for lack of shields)
(6) Vents: Garrus, FT1: Samara (Garrus dies)
(7) Biotic specialist: Samara, FT2: Grunt, Escort: Legion (Grunt and Legion die)
(8) The Long Walk squad: Miranda and Jacob (Jacob dies)
(9) Final Boss: Miranda and Samara (Samara dies)
(10) Hold the line: Kasumi and Mordin (Mordin dies)
(11) After the SM, recruit Zaeed and kill him on his LM.

Survivors: Shepard, Miranda, Kasumi, the crew.

Well Jacob's the next ranking Cerberus officer on the Normandy, maybe he's third in command. Or maybe EDI is, who knows?

I had mentioned that on the old thread but forgotten. How about we collect Miranda-related statements by Bioware people in the OP?

Other candidates: the tweet by Mac Walters where he said he had to review several Miranda scenes, and the tweet by Casey Hudson where he says "She'll be in ME3 of course...hope she's OK though" which might indicate some kind of trouble for her.

I can tell you what the answer will be: "If there are two permanent squadmates of the same class, of course you can have both on your core squad".

As I said, LOL. It also means that Miranda and Kaidan will have different powers and possibly also different weapons.
