Appears so. 
Though we still can't say if you'll be able to have any pair of those on the squad together at any time, except Liara and Kaidan.

Not to mention John Riccitiello's slip in this interview which a lot of people seem to dismiss, I for one think there's more to it.

I'd like to think so, too. It's hard to say. He may have just had ME2 on the brain, or felt that Miranda would be the other most recognizable name (because of ME2).

It would answer an awful lot of questions and settle an awful lot of nerves... hopefully.

In my case, replace Kaiden with Ash n you have my dream team( though since I'm also a fan of Garrus n Tali thanks to them being total badasses( they are Geth Killers together...though Liara does just as well) in ME 1 n Garrus being an awesome teammate with Miri in ME 2( particularily during the main missions with the exception of Haestrom n Direlect Reaper). I would also love for Grunt to be back...after that probadly Kasumi and/or Zaeed...then we can have our 2 newbies( Vega n whomever the new female chick will be, if she's interesting may havew to make a shep to romance her once) and finally the final member of my ultimate squad would be Jacob( if only because he n I share the same last name).

About gameplay: Do you think she'll keep her weapon loadout? Powers? What's a good way to differentiate her and Kaidan/other Sentinels?

Regarding "contributions to the war", I get what some of you are saying. I've been thinking it'd be nice to meet up with Miranda and find that she's been getting a lot of stuff done in the time they were separated. To keep her important but bring her along, they should just have her stay in the lab on the Normandy and keep working on whatever contribution she can give. Maybe even bring Mordin along to help her out.

But either way, I would like to see that as a plot point for Miranda in ME3. As long as she helps out.

Miranda stay in a lab? I'd rather have her in my squad helping out on the battlefield.

I just mean when you're on the Normandy. Yeah, you should still be able to bring her along.

You know, it's kind of sad that you can't bring along one squad mate for the entire game. I mean, you can, but why the hell would you...

But still, it'd be nice to be able to go through a game where...say you're romancing Miranda, and you have her by your side all the time and get to hear all her comments on things and everything.

Yeah, I can't see Miranda as a static NPC. Oddly enough, I do think that could potentially work for Mordin, who is another favorite of mine, as long as he joins you for a specific mission or two on the squad. Mordin seems quite at home in the lab.

RE: powers, I would like to see Slam, Warp and the group combat buff return. Overload is more negociable. Obviously there needs to be a tech power, but it could be something like Sabotage or tech armor as well. And some sort of unique power.
