I've been thinking in something about her SB dossier. Is she really infertile?
There's a possibility that the file from the clinic is a forgery (made by Miranda). She could have faked that report and expected that the SB get it, that way she could give bad info to his father (in case that he buys info from the SB). He will se that his perfect daughter can't have child,and he wont get his dinasty from her, or Oriana (the files said that the problem could be genetic, and Oriana is her genetic twin). With that she could make that her father loses the interest on Miri and Ori.

In my personal opinion, I believe her infertility is real. I think that when she was created, her father tampered with her reproductive system in the case that his 'dynasty' went bad. She tells Shepard that she was the first one he kept, so therefore, he wasn't done experimenting. I'm sure Oriana has the same problem, and I'm sure if he continues to make little Miranda twins, they will have the same problem until he creates the perfect person (in his mind, in my mind Miri is already perfect) and then she will have a fertile system, so his dynasty can continue.

Though, I believe her problems lie deeper than a neoplasm. They rarely cause problems for infertility, and if anything, cause pain for intercourse (which OBVIOUSLY...that's not happening), which is why I believe her father is, more or less, responsible for it.

The reason why her father would make a Perfect Child that can't have children of their own? Control. The reason why Solid, Liquid and Solidus could not have children. She was not created to carry out her own Legacy but her fathers.

But, what if the medical reports given to Miri aren't 100% accurate?

I prefer to retcon the cause of the infertility to egg damage. Though now I'm imagining Miranda having difficulties with intercourse. I'd, ah, actually really like it if that were true. But that's Tali's territory.

It is plausible, but it would be pointless. If she can have kids, good for her; her father wouldn't be going after her to have his dynasty babies in the first place. He would be going after her to kill her, because she was hs failed experiment. :/ As sad and disgusting as that is.

Yeah, I believe that too. Her father most likely manipulated her eggs so she was infertile, but as per sex problems...I wouldn't be able to take her seriously. She's supposed to be this seductress...but alas...XD

If the problem is of recent onset, difficulties with penetration wouldn't be out of the question. I really love stories where partners have to negotiate and be creative, which is why I latched onto the Talimance. But it doesn't really fit the character concept.

I hope so. One theory posed by a long time Mirimancer was that it's a code between Miri and Grenway (secret Cerberus operative) for an action to take place.

But the more common (and hoped for) theory is that SB got bad intel, end of story.

interesting Theroy but TIM would  have to know that Miranda is Doctor herself so  most likely did test herself  first and then sent out  for the test to  be done as  double check.  So him sending false data to confirm something that she may already  my know already. Now maybe to did not trust the results she recived from her own run test... maybe.   

If the Medical Report was false it most likely will be found  once  we take Cerberus in TIMS  files.

I highly suspect that the Shadow Broker was intentionally being fed false data. Counter-espionage is highly common amongst militaries and paramilitary groups as advanced as Cerberus. Wouldn't make any sense that the SB would just 'know' about all these intimate details just like that, Shadow Broker or not.

The crux of the matter is: Miranda felt the need to undergo a fertility test.
She had to have a reason for it. I think it's more likely that her progressive genetic damage was a "time bomb" her father created so as to prevent  her from "soiling" the Lawson bloodline in case she escaped.

We know that Miranda's father is no longer looking for her, instead shifting his interest to Oriana. The problem with this theory is that Miranda has no control over Oriana's sex life. If she (Oriana) gets pregnant, there goes Miranda's plan.
BTW, after reading again Miranda's dossier, I noticed something I had never before.
Oriana's username is "OriannaL"
