This. But who knows? They may trim her hair a bit regardless, we'll never know, until BioWare hopefully shows us concept art/ sreenshot.

That's....disturbing:unsure:. Why would Miri fans want to see a dead Miri? Talk about cold curiosity!

People also don't like to see that (personally I don't care, it's not my game).
Next time, a simple link to the picture will be enough.

Oh, great. Come on!
It´s not like Miranda has such unique hairstyle, even though she was- according to me, the first female in the games to have shoulder-length hair.
Well compared to Jack for an example.

The style doesn't need to change but it should be remodeled/textured so it actually looks like hair and moves like hair should. There should be little details in convos where Miranda puts some of hair behind her ear or when in a windy environment, should be billowing.

I don´t understand  people who intentionally try to get rid of certain plot-important and lovable characters, like Tali and Miranda. Someone like Jacob or Zaeed on the other hand...

Look on the bright side guys, you now have someone who can tell you how her absence plays out in ME3.

And I did it precisely because she was plot important and to see how her death affects ME3.

No argument there. I support billowing, especially :wizard:

Why? Unless her death is unavoidable, I don't see an hypothetical death of Miranda in ME3 should be a nightmare, or a problem. We just have to avoid it.  If well done, I could  even choose in one of my playtrough to make her die (just as I'll probably do a playthrough where Shepard dies to defeat the Reapers, if there's the possibility).
If it'll be like in ME2 SM, I'm going to avoit squadmate's death. The only moment that I like about the squadmate's death is when Shepard looked at the coffin on the Normandy.

That´s only possible in theory, on this generations tech. Look at something like L.A. Noire: They needed to work on the actor´s hair so it wouldn´t move at all, for nice chunk of time for each recording session.
But it does sound nice, though.

I think that they're going to handle the ME2 team's deaths as they handled Wrex's death. Not that I care much. The SM was so disappointing in regards of the squadmate's possible deaths that I never "killed" any squadmates. It was boring and easy. Virmire was much better.

It's already confirmed that they will use a new technology for the hair. (I hope they will use the new directx 11 features of the engine)

That video is really neat! Seeing who they make the graphics, movements, and the terrain for video games is astounding:happy:.

Not even DX10 ? You sure DX9 is not just the minimum DX compatibility ?

Are consoles capable of handling DX10/DX11?

My Laptop has DX11 I think. So ME3 will have DX9? As the final game, and one that is supposed to be more advance than ME2, I thought that ME3 would get something higher than DX9.

Dragon Age 2 PC version has DX 11 features, why not ME3 ?

Different dev teams, different engine (Dragon Age was In house vs Unreal which is Licensed), plus the version of the Unreal engine they are using for ME3 is not DX11 compatible.

Unreal released the DX11 compatible UDK (Unreal Developement Kit) March 2011

I meant : they did different versions for DA2 so they could do the same for ME3. The limitations of the consoles should not impact the PC version quality <_<

Thanks for the link.

I updated my original post but I'll post it again:

The Dragon Age engine was an in house design meaning they could do what they wanted with it, like add DX11 support.

The Unreal engine version they are using DOES NOT support DX11 at all.
You would have to have the March 2011 UDK (and beyond) for that. Right now they have the version from the previous year.
