DX10 or 11 doesn't make better graphics.
Witcher 2 is on DX9 and it's better then any DX10 or 11 supported game i ever saw but it was PC exclusive so it has advantages because of it.

I updated my original post but I'll post it again:

The Dragon Age engine was an in house design meaning they could do what they wanted with it, like add DX11 support.

The Unreal engine version they are using DOES NOT support DX11 at all.
You would have to have the March 2011 UDK (and beyond) for that. Right now they have the version from the previous year.

Yeah I've seen your post. :)
But I was not speaking only of the DX11 features. It's obvious that the PC version quality of Mass Effect games has been limited.

I most empathically agree with you, Yannkee (LOL....that doesn't exactly happen every day). Blonde or short-haired Miranda is anathema!

It was all terribly dramatic. She resigned and died in my arms.

That's tragic....to be pulled up from certain death only to be killed by a falling beam. :(

I don't think I can do that. My "worst possible playthrough" has Miranda, Jacob and Jack alive. That was hard enough to do, I don't need a repeat.

I am curious about how Miranda's death will affect the plot. But I'm sure someone else will tell me so that I don't need to play it for myself.

The style doesn't need to change but it should be remodeled/textured so it actually looks like hair and moves like hair should. There should be little details in convos where Miranda puts some of hair behind her ear or when in a windy environment, should be billowing.

Well, I'd put it more strongly. The style MUST NOT change. Neither the color. But moving hair would be extremely desirable. Unfortunately most video games can't do it because it costs an inordinate amount of performance.

Well, as our discussion here shows, Miranda's look is likely to be somewhat contraversial no matter what they do. Hair color, I think, is unlikely to change. Style? maybe, I guess, though I don't see much reason for it.

That's what I'm here for. I'll tell you about the death, you tell me if it's worth making a Shep to romance her. Deal?

And yeah, I was not expecting her to be the one Shep pulled up. Yeow.

They managed to get Flemeth's hair to billow in DAII. :innocent:

Another observation from the playthrough of doom. Miranda is downright cold if you're not fully prepped. No hesitation in sacrificing the crew at all. I felt like I was back on Lazarus and I enjoyed it. That's my girl.

Interesting. What changes, specifically?

I've never done a run-through where I don't build up the team.

I like her cold attitude but also her more emotional side. That's what makes her an interesting character for me.

You all know what? I´ll do a Miranda scketch with a blonde hair and you shall all see how gorgeus she really looks with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Muahahahau!!!!!!

Seriously i´ll do one. And it´s gonna be here one day.  MARK MY WORDS, BSN!

Just google "Yvonne Strahovski" to see Miranda with blond hair. And Miranda with blond hair would look nice, Yvonne is beautiful but I just think Miranda should keep black hair.. it's Miranda.

I don't remember the entire exchange, but a couple of lines stick out:

Jacob: You're saying we should just leave them there?
Miranda: That's exactly what I'm saying.

Third.

Like I said Before, Though both Miri and Yvonne are Stunningly Gorgeous Goddesses BEYOND Belief, Miri should stay with dark hair. It's part of her character. Miri's dark hair is one of Miri's traits, along with those Beautiful Blue Eyes! You can't take something from Miri that makes her, well, Miri.

Cool. This actually makes me want to try a play-through like that.

Ideally, there will be some focus on her intellect in ME3. We do get to see this at times in ME2, but more would be good.

Believe me, i love Miranda´s hair in ME2, but even the perfect woman has to "adapt."
