Well, Slam is unique to Miranda, I believe, so that might not change. It seems really appropriate for her.
For her new unique power, it's a bit tough to speculate, since she's a Sentinel, meaning it could be biotic, tech or combat. Almost anything could work. She already has two biotic abilities, though, so I actually think a second tech or second combat power might be the likely choice.
So, for the sake of discussion, I'll throw out a couple of ideas.
Combat... Deadly Marksman. X% of Miranda's weapons fire now does headshot damage. Would be a straight damage buff basically, a bit like Garrus' armor piercing ammo. Miranda has a lot of great support abilities already, so a combat buff might be just the ticket. Also, it feels like an ability supported by the lore of the game. Could be an activatable ability, also, if you changed it around a bit.
Tech... Power Drain. Reduces damage inflicted by synthetic enemies by X% and causes them to take X% more damage from weapons fire for X seconds. Could evolve into stuff like Heavy Power Drain and Area Power Drain. Would complement overload and probably be really good against heavy mechs and that sort of enemy.
Biotic... This is tough because the abilities in the game already seem to cover a lot of the possibilities for biotic powers. But maybe something like... Biotic storm. Unleashes a biotic storm that does damage over time in an area of effect around the target, slowing movement speed and reducing the accuracy of enemy weapons fire.
