For me, yes to Bioware. I originally played BG, NWN and KOTOR. But, I am ashamed to say it, I had never heard of Yvonne prior to ME.

I'm a big bioware fan to all their games, BG, NWN, KOTOR, Jade Empire, Dragon Age: Origin, Dragon Age 2 etc... Only heard of Yvonne from Mass Effect 2 and became a huge fan of CHUCK! Love the show and Mass Effect universe.

I started playing Bioware games a few years ago with ME1 (then went back and played the other games, except Jade Empire; never played that)

I remember learning about whom Miranda is voiced and modeled after from the OP in the Miranda support thread (III) in the ME2 section couple of months after ME2 came out.

I remember it said: "Yvonne currently stars in the series "Chuck". If reading this thread makes you want to watch more of her, do not be alarmed, this is normal."
Found a site which had some Chuck episodes on archive and the rest is history...

i got ME2 because of Bioware. was addicted to DAO and DA2 so i thought that i would give the ME series a go. Now i'm addicted to ME! and I want to watch chuck and I am planning to get the series just because Yvonne is in it! LOVE MIRANDA!!!!

I hope Miri is the true love for male Shepard. Looks like Miri is winning if we judge who the canon LI for male Shep just by looking at the pages of replies to the support threads.

I hope this affects BioWare's decision.

Otherwise I have been a BioWare fan since KotOR. I did not know Yvonne until ME2.

Remember keep your love going strong for Miri... say no to Ash for dumping you on Horizon!

Btw I noticed some people may be concerned for the couple because of Miri's medical problems... I have the solution. If Shep and Miri want to have a child they can engineer one just like Miri was and raise the child the way Miri's father didnt... I think that would be a very nice way to help Miri get past her "perfection" issues.

Btw I noticed some people may be concerned for the couple because of Miri's medical problems... I have the solution. If Shep and Miri want to have a child they can engineer one just like Miri was and raise the child the way Miri's father didnt... I think that would be a very nice way to help Miri get past her "perfection" issues.

I think there might be a little too many emotional problems behind a process like that for Miranda (even though she is extremely pragmatic). Like if Jack and Shepard had a kid and they sent them to a biotic training school XD

Its a good show, but she is the main actress. I find Emily far more charming than her sister.

Yesss I think I love Miranda so much because she reminds me of Brennan in the early seasons (just a little less awkward) but smart, beautiful, and a badass. :-D

Yes but Shep could help Miri look at it in the way that Miri has the chance to have a child that way and surpass every expectation her father ever placed on her by being a better parent than her father could ever have dreamed of being. I understand it might be a difficult choice for her but it hurts me to see her so... hurt by the fact that even though she was designed to be perfect she cant have children... that is more of a negative blow to her than anything else I think... it may be destroying her self esteem.

Then again its only my opinion.

There is no 'true love', or 'Canon LI' for MShep. And considering most Ashaholics are also Mirimaniacs, you probably shouldn't go out of your way to put us down.

I actually wish Jacob's voice actor had voiced Kal'Reegar, and Jacob's character had been replaced by a John Casey/Jayne Cobb like character voiced by Adam Baldwin. The resulting epicness would have ripped a hole in the fabric of space and time.

That is very true. With Miranda's cool attitude at times it's hard to figure out exactly what it is that makes her tick. Her problems with her perfection could very well be because of the fact that she can't bear children, or it could be because of her father's attitude towards her, or the sheer aspect that she KNOWS she should be perfect, but it's clear she isn't.

She is a complicated woman, she is.

Oh yeah. That's why I didn't really like Liara in the first game. She was a damsel, and when Ash was there, being all haughty and spouting her poetry after kicking major ass she was my obvious choice.

And then Miranda came along, and no words are needed to explain the history afterwards.
