I must respectuflly disagree... her father knows nothing about her or Orianna... Cerberus "promised" to keep it that way to protect them both...

The infertillity is most likely due to the extent of Genetic Modification he father ordered.... THAT IS NOT CONFIRMED THOUGH.... the doctor doesnt know if that is the case

I love her personality.... the is so strong willed, forthcomming, confident, and mysterious. The reward in earning her trust by braking through the mystery is uplifting. I like that she has a no-nonsense mode, and a playfull mode. She knows when each is appropriate.

Plus if you really like someone... and you get to know each other to the point where they like you too, but instead of just easing into things they grab you and take you for themselves.... I dont know about you but that is a huge self-esteem booster for Shepard.

She basically made it look like Shep had no choice but to be with her during the love scene

Well, most of the reason are in the 1st page..

- She is a woman, not a girl.
- She is a smart, profesional and competent officer.
- She isn't under Shepard level, you can see her as his equal.
- She is the only fem LI that isn't saved by Shepard (instead, she bring Shepard back to life).

Okay i never said said she was equal... I am not saying this in a chauvenistic sort of way...

Shepard to me is a combination of Nelson Mandela, Mick Jagger, and Jason Statham.... thats a pretty tall order to live up to ohhtayyy.

(At least my canon Shep is like that)

I can't really see how you can get Statham or Mandela out of Shepard..

Oh well, to me she's somewhat equal to Shepard, but after she's dealt with her ''issues'' and moves on, she'll be above him.

You mean on top of him?

Well my canon Shepard tries to solve everything peacefully (Mandela)... His speaches can sometimes be quite impressive (Mandela)... He has charisma and when the time is right can be very playfull (Richards)... He draws people into him like a black hole (Richards)... He also knows that if all diplomatic means are impossible then his adrenaline kicks in and solves problems with a few bullets, some well placed explosions, and an occasional curb-stomp (Statham)

Is this a possible "Armored" look for Miranda in ME3... I like the way it seems like it is a mixture of Armor and the "Cat Suit"... I dont like the fact that her hair is up. Its should always be down.

 

I have no idea why the artist gave her a hand crossbow... she is not Chewbacca.

I just thought i'd come out of my hole for some quick comments: First of all good work with the thread guys! Second, i can not understand why Bioware wouldn't GRAB an oportunity to raise even more awareness for ME3 by making a photoshoot with Yvonne as Miranda (kinda like how she was in Chuck in the last season...) and maybe even throw in that guy they modelled Shepard after, both in uniforms. I think it would make for a cool photoshoot, posters wallpapers etc... Especially combined with the new movie Yvonne has coming out it would reach a lot of people...

Yes, but Miranda is badass and smart, something you can't always say about Shepard, regardless of how you play him. That's why I tend to identify more with Miranda than with Shepard at times, and that's why the mere idea of Miranda romancing someone else isn't as anathema to me as it appears to be for most people here.

Wow  Ieldra2... Just wow... What in tarnation? So your dissing Shepard b/c he has "brain farts" every now and then like a real human being does?

It's a strange thing with Shep haters.They seem to treat him/her with a "Damned if you do.Damned if you don't mentality." If Shepard is to badass, articulate and charming.Than he is A "Mary Sue" <_<

And if he ever is "at a lost for the right words' (Like on Horizon with the Virmire Survivor) than Commander Shepard is "Herp Derp" - Shepard.

Give me a break with all this "Battle of the Sexes" BULLSH!T... You may not think much of Shepard Commander.But Miranda Lawson sure as hell does... And i guess that's all that really matters

Not to be one to look a horse in the mouth, but i meant a Miranda photoshoot. Not necessarily scantily clothed. I meant full on costume with catsuit and a wig. Yvonne being Miranda.

Now of course I personally i would take any day of the week a phtoshoot like the one she did for Maxim, i was just mentioning that i found it weird that Bioware isn't taking advantage of the fact that one of their main characters looks exactly like a really beautiful and somewhat well known actress. That's all...
