For example, Liara says, at the end of LotSB, that Shepard has changed Miranda, whereas beforehand she was so cold, so focused on her duty. So, the change in magazine subscriptions would seem to correspond to that.
So, I think there are some legitimate concerns there, albeit unconfirmed for the moment.

The subscriptions aren't romance exclusive. We don't even have a date for them. As far as we know, they can be just as old as the Ipartner thing.

I don't mean that they literally correspond to the romance with Shepard, but rather that they suggest the same type of shift in focus (which was jtav's original point).

Sure, as Omega points out, in real life, a detail like that might mean nothing at all and be purely logistical. But in fiction, generally, if something like that is mentioned, it is intended to be meaningful. My point was that it's not an isolated case in LotSB.

It's sketchy, though, and could just be a red-herring. But I think that jtav has a point (that is a bit larger than the question of the magazine subscriptions).

We need new info.... it feels like everything is being driven away. Sometimes, in a way, it feels like I forget that I play ME2 half the time. Like I forget who I'm here in this thread for.:crying:

I'm really glad to hear they're working on eyes. There are moments like Ash/Kaidan on Horizon, the ones posted in this topic...the reason that infamous Shepard smile when he says "Love?" to Miranda is so infamous is because of Shepard's eyes in that scene. They are what ruin the face he is making at that moment.

With that, better hair, better lighting and shadows...maybe Miranda really will do Yvonne Strahovski justice!

That would be great. Re: Shepard's smile, yeah, it looks really odd a lot of the time. I guess maybe smiles are hard to animate? Because so many characters don't smile at all. And when they do, it often doesn't look good.

I know why it feels like everything feels driven apart. It's because I'm in my second semester of College. And I feel that since I'm focused on school, I will not have time to play ME2 anymore.:crying:

Would anyone else have preferred if what happened at Pragia had been, unequivocally, TIM's fault?

Granted, that would diminish what Jack learns from her LM but I'm willing to make the sacrifice.

Im killing TIM anyway. So I dont have much of an opinion either way. I do hope that somewhere in ME3 Miranda could help Jack find her mother.

One of my Shepards (the ruthless obsessed with human dominance) may keep TIM alive if he has a good reason.

Ummm...well, I think Miranda has a smile that doesn't look very good, but like I said...it's Shepard's eyes that make that infamous smile look bad. He looks psychotic.

Looks more like some sort of rapist to me, but other than his smile, probably the biggest badass evar.

My Ruthless Shep would kill TIM anyway and take his place... TIM is a corpse through out all of my playthroughs for one reason or another.

lololol Melrache, the scene where your avatar came from in Chuck was like the funniest thing ever, with Morgan and Alex throwing chocolate sauce and whatnot all over eachother. classic.

On topic though, *ahem* YVONNE IS THE HOTTEST WOMAN ALIVE. *puts on spectacles* I rest my case...

Like Miranda. She is one of my favorite character in ME Universe & I really want to see her in ME3. I like what BioWare have made her: strong and confident. But at the same time I see her gentle and very sweet :) Forward to contuing the relationship between Miranda and my John Shepard (thinking out loud). In my opinion, she is one of the best characters in Mass Effect.
In the end I want to say THANK to Yvonne Strahovski for the great work!

I already have enough reasons for wanting TIM dead but yeah I wouldn't mind if I had one more added to the list.

Yay! 500 pages! BioWare should give us a pic of Miranda in ME3 and those T-shirts with the above pic.

Gentle and sweet is definitely something I would never call Miranda.
